Below you will get some important information about the Championships. 2 WELCOME PARTY On Tuesday 27 th of March there will be a welcome party for the athletes in Håkons hall. This will be an informal gathering and an opportunity to make some more twirling friends! We ask all the presidents to let us know by 1 st of March approximately how many athletes will attend from your country. Please note that only mp3, wma and wav files are accepted. The music files must be named in this order: Country - competition category - age category - name of athlete ex: NORWAY RHYTHMIC TWIRL JUNIOR KATE JOHNSON.mp3 The link to the web page will be forwarded to all presidents. 3 TICKET PRICES At the door: Adults: 4-day ticket 600,- NOK 1-day ticket (Thursday and Friday) 150,- NOK 1-day ticket (Saturday and Sunday) 200,- NOK Children 6 12 years of age: 4-day ticket 400,- NOK 1-day ticket (Thursday and Friday) 100,- NOK 1-day ticket (Saturday and Sunday) 150,- NOK Children 0-5 years of age: Free It will be possible to purchase pre-paid 4-day tickets through your country s organisation. Booking of pre-paid tickets can only be done by your country and within the deadline 1 st of March. Please use the correct booking form. Price for pre-paid tickets: Adults: 4-day pre-paid ticket: 500,- NOK Children 6-12 years of age: 4-day pre-paid ticket: 300,- NOK The number of tickets will be invoiced right after the deadline. Please note: In Norway you can only pay with Norwegian kroner (NOK) or credit card. The nearest ATM is 1,2 kilometres (0.7 mile) from the arena.

4 PHOTO FORM Please pay close attention to the document «Declaration of content regarding photography and video». Every participating country must make sure that their athletes (or their parents) will read this document, fill in relevant information and signature on the last page. We ask the presidents to collect the signed forms and bring them to the organisers during the music test. Please also inform us if any athletes decline to signing the form. The document is sent to all presidents along with this information letter. GYM RENTAL 1,8 kilometres (1.1 mile) from Håkons Hall there is a gym space located at Lillehammer High school, close to Lillehammer s famous walking street. It is now possible to book time in the gym by returning the form sent to all presidents. Floor area: 33 x 19 metres Ceiling height: 7 metres Price: 500 NOK per hour Opening hours: Tuesday Saturday Deadline: 1 st of March

5 WORKSHOPS During the first days of the World Championships, there will be several workshops held at Kristins Hall, which is situated next to Håkons Hall. Choose between minicamp (6-9-year olds) or workshops for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels (master classes) with teachers Savannah Miller (USA) and Cyril Martin (France). For prices and registration, please go to our online store: OPENING HOURS AT EASTER At Easter shops and supermarkets have limited opening hours in Norway. On public holidays they are closed. We therefore advise all participants, coaches and spectators to pre-order meals at the arena please see the next section. 6 LUNCH, SNACK AND DINNER AT THE ARENA The successful kitchen at Håkons hall will be making good and healthy food during the Championships. We recommend to pre-order the meals, since there are limited opening hours at supermarkets (see previous section) and because there will only be a smaller selection of food in the kiosks of the arena. Menu for athletes, coaches and supporters LUNCH BUFFET (Thursday - Sunday ) 140 NOK per person per day for Big Salad buffet Soup of the day 1 plain pasta with one sauce 1 meat course Mixed vegetables Potatoes or rice Drinks: Water, coffee and tea. The vegetables will not be mixed with meat or fish, and the pasta will also be kept plain, to be suitable for vegetarians. The kitchen needs to know about special requirements such as allergies or particular diets (may cost extra). SNACK BOX (Thursday Sunday) 75 NOK per person per day (voucher) for Sandwich Yoghurt Fruit The type of sandwich, yoghurt and fruit will vary from day to day.

7 DINNER BUFFET (Wednesday Sunday ) 165 NOK per person per day Big Salad buffet 1 plain pasta with one sauce 2 meat courses Mixed Vegetables Potatoes or rice Drinks: Water, coffee and tea. The vegetables will not be mixed with meat or fish, and the pasta will also be kept plain, to be suitable for vegetarians. The kitchen needs to know about special requirements such as allergies or particular diets (may cost extra). Each country must place their order by 1 st of March. The price will be invoiced after this date. Please use the correct order form which is sent to all Presidents. All prices in this information letter are including VAT.
