Accreditation for other club is 200 EU/delegation. Costs: - Accommodation: 40 EU/person/night, inluded breakfast and dinner. This price also includes the cold lunch packet during the competition days. - Transportation: For those who are booking accommodation through the OC: from Budapest airport/railway station 40 EU/person altogether to and back. The organizers are providing the transportation from the hotel to the Sportshall and back. For those who are not booking hotel through OC: 60 EU/person. - Entry fee: 40 EU/gymnast (individual gymnast), 30 EU/gymnast (group) 55 EU/gymnast (both individual and group) it is included medal, diplom and present

2 There is no limit in number of participating gymnasts. Individual competition: gymnasts receive medal, present, certification All-around competition: first 3 gymnasts - cups and medals, others medals. By apparatus first 3 gymnastst: medals in A and B category. (not in B light) Awards, ranking will be by the year of birth in all categories Group competition: every member of the first 3 groups receive cup, diplom and present. Others medals, diplom and present. Competition/ Awards: Team competition: Team I A Level: (3 gymnasts): 1-1 gymnast from Babies A, Children I A and Pre-Junior categories A - Cups Team II A level (3 gymnasts) 1-1 gymnast from Junior II A, Junior I A and Senior A categories Cups Team I B Level: (3 gymnasts): 1-1 gymnast from Babies B, Children I B and Pre-Junior categories B - Cups Team II B level (3 gymnasts) 1-1 gymnast from Junior II B, Junior I B and Senior B categories Cups The presents of a gymnast on XIII. Pécs Cup Visa: If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to Hungary, please contact us as soon as possible. We send the official letter of invitation by DHL. (For those who reserve hotel by us, it is free.) Preliminary entry: 30 September 2018 Definitive entry: 20 October 2018 Program: Thursday 8 November: Arrival of the delegations Friday 9 November: Competition, Opening ceremony, Competition, Award ceremony Saturday, 10 november: Competition (depends on the number of participating gymnasts) Gala - Award ceremony Sunday, 11 November: Departure of the delegations
