You are given 5 days to make the payment. 4.3 Entry Deadline: 12 th November 2018 The online entry page will close immediately on the entry closing date at hours. 4.4 All late entry submissions including technical errors will not be accepted. 4.5 All entries MUST be submitted by Local and International ranking Order. 4.6 No changes to entries will be accepted after the M& Q is published except for withdrawals. However, substitutions can be summitted up to the draw. Once the tournament has commenced a substitution can be made in a Doubles games only in case of an injury within the normal regulations. 5. 4 7. Payments All entry fees must be paid to the organizers online via along with the entry. Alternatively, remittance or cash payments can be accepted by prior arrangement with Ceylon Masters Badminton Association Office. Total Prize Pool USD Medical Insurance (Optional) 11. Players Briefing Only winners / runners up will receive prize money in each event. Distribution pattern will depend on the size of the draw of each event and will be published after the draw. Players and officials must have their own medical insurance policy to cover their medical expenses. Key Dates Closing Date 12 th November 2018 M & Q 15 th November 2018 Draw 19 th November Age Groups Players should have reached the relevant age by December 31 st of the year in which the tournament is held i.e For a player to play in an age category +35 to +70 age groups they should have been born on or before the year shown in the chart above. Validity of age is proven with the year of birth on an identity card or passport (Example: 2018 minus 1983 equals 35 years old, players born after 1983 are not eligible to sign up for the senior event). Any player who cannot prvide proof of identification will be disqualified from the tournament. Note: If there are less than five entries in a given event of age group, the right is reserved to cancel that event of age group. The players who have entered the canceled age group will be eligible to enter the same event in a lower age group

Competition Rules and Regulations The tournament will be conducted under the general competition rules and regulations stipulated by BWF and specific rules of the Ceylon masters badminton association as published in the prospectus. Scoring System will be based on best of 3 games of 15 rally points. Reporting time on court 5 minutes grace will be permitted after the announcement (in accordance to the stadium clock), otherwise players will be liable to be disqualified. Players should be ready to go on court 30 minutes before the scheduled time of any match. If a player has consecutive matches, a minimum of 30 minutes will be granted between them. The event organizer has the right to readjust the time and order of all events and all players must follow without any objections. Such changes will be posted on the Ceylon Masters website with sufficient notice. Player should be attired in accepted badminton clothing. From quarter finals onward doubles partner should wear similar colors. A player can enter for a maximum of three events. 15. Format of Play Rally point System 3 x 15 Intervals: Not exceeding 120 seconds, at the end of first game, and at the end of 2 nd game if there will be a 3 rd game. Not exceeding 60 seconds in the third game when a side first scores 8 points. 16. Shuttles BWF approved brand of feather shuttles will be used. 17. On Court Doctor An on court doctor will be on duty throughout the competition at the tournament venue. First aide and ambulance services will be available at the venue. A physio service will be available with prior appointment at the venue. The payment of fees shall be paid directly to the physio. 19.Meals Free lunch is provided to all players at the at the players lounge. Tea/Coffee/Water is available for all player free of cost.

6 20. Transport Transport will be provided by the organizers from the official hotels to venue and the venue back to hotels for those who register with the tournament package. 21.
