3 RAVC CENTENARY DINNER On Wednesday 9 May 18 at St James Palace The RAVC Centenary Dinner will be held either at St James Palace on Wednesday 9 May 18 This dinner will be open to serving Officers and Seniors, and selected retired and past members of the RAVC Council. Numbers will be limited owing to the strict security and cost for the dinner and places will be offered on a first come first served basis. Timings: 1900 hrs Dress: Serving Officers - Mess Dress and miniature medals. Retired Officers/Guests: Black Tie with miniatures. Ladies: Evening Dress The cost for the dinner will be around 85 per person but the final cost will be confirmed at a later date. This will include pre-dinner drinks, and wine/port during the dinner. 4 RAVC ASSOCIATION MORNING SERVICE & CURRY LUNCH SUNDAY 1 JULY 2018 The Annual RAVC Morning Service, Parade and Curry Lunch will be held at the Royal Hospital Chelsea on Sunday 1 July Serving and Association members will be parading with the In-pensioners prior to the service. RAVC CENTENARY PARADE AT MELTON MOWBRAY ON FRIDAY 27 JULY 2018 An RAVC parade will march through the town of Melton Mowbray on Friday 27 July 2018 to mark the Centenary of the RAVC. The Parade will start at 1100 hrs and the troops and band will march through the town with the salute being taken at the market place. Also on parade will be horses and riders in WW1 period uniform, military working dogs and handlers, RAVC Association, The RBL and a Military Band. This is a key date for the RAVC and all are welcome.

5 SATURDAY 28 JULY 2018 RAVC ASSOCIATION COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT MEETING The RAVC Committee of Management meeting will be held at the Defence Animal Training Regiment, Melton Mowbray on Saturday 28 July 2018 commencing at 1500 hrs.
