THE MAIN CONDITIONS 3.1 Executive competition entries The entry of 2018 Lithuanian Car Passage Championship is to be performed in three classes: TR1, TR2, TR3 and x4NEZ championship entry classes. 3.2 Information about the tracks, Smalininkai, Lithuania General length of the track: 30km Layer of the track: clay, water, gravel, a vast amount of water Coordinates:- 3.3 Applications Start of the acceptance: 09/08/2018 End of the acceptance: 03/09/2018 Applications are sent in online form The form of participant application is published on the following website and Upon the correct filling of the application, the participant receives the confirmation that his application is accepted All the sportsmen who have valid driver licenses of LASF E category and other FIA ASF (members) and the sports insurance valid during the competition may participate in 2018 Lithuanian Car Passage Championship. All the members of the crew must have the licenses The participants will have a possibility to obtain single licenses at the time of the administrative commission. The price of single E licence is 8 Euro, single M licence - 3 Euro, single insurance - 5 Euro Upon being late to the administrative commission, the fine is 25 Euro Organizer has a right to partly or fully exempt the participant from the start fee The participant and the entire team, upon signing the application undertake to follow the requirements of LASF regulating documents indicated in Point Upon signing the application, the participant and applicant agree that the highest and final body, dealing with the disputes in car sport is LASF Appeal Court.

Insurance company which has insured the competition is insurance company IF. The event is insured by the event organizer civil liability insurance which general insurance amount is 6000 Euro Vehicles of the participants The cars with meet the technical requirements of 2018 Lithuanian Car Passage Championship may participate in Lithuanian Car Passage and 4x4NEZ Championship. IV. CHECKS 4.1. Check of the documents The sportsmen must personally arrive to the document checking procedure, which will take place in the secretariat to the place and time indicated in the programme During the check, the one must have: an original application signed by the participant with the necessary signatures, sportsmen license, and other mandatory documents, indicated in the additional provisions Except for the cases known for the head of the competition, the sportsmen who will not arrive to the document check on the indicated time could not participate in the competition Technical check The cars of the participants are presented to the technical check to the time indicated in these provisions Stickers of the mandatory advertisement are issued at the time of administrative commission The trucks are presented to the technical commission check with the approved board numbers and mandatory advertisement stickers Stickers must be put in the way indicated in the scheme of the mandatory advertisement layout. If the layout of the crew mandatory advertisement stickers does not meet the mandatory order of the layout of advertisement, the crew may not start, and the start fee is not to be returned The crew may obtain the new stickers in the secretariat. V. PERFORMANCE OF THE COMPETITION 5.1. Requirements for the crew The check of crew safety and outfits is performed at the time of technical commission The crews must follow Lithuanian road conduct when going on the road of general usage The car must contain the entire crew during the start and finish. If not all the members are present in the car, the result may not be included into the protocol.

6 During the competition, the crew members must be sober and dot affected by other dizzying materials, as required by Lithuanian road conduct. Upon the suspicion that the crew member is drunk, the organizers offer to check the sobriety using the alcotester. Upon the determination of the drunkenness or if the driver refuses to check, the organizers do not allow the crew to participate in the competition. The start payment is not to be returned to the participant Course of the competition Official time of the competition - local time to the Lithuanian radio signals Start of the competition Place: Smalininkai Coordinates: - Date and time: 08/09/2017 (Saturday) 08:00 A.M All the changes and supplements, as well as the relevant information related to the competition, will be published in the official competition board, approved by the bulletins by the head of the competition or the Commissar The crews excluded from the competition must inform the Organizers about the reasons of exclusion, place and time by calling the secretariat to the indicated phone There must be a blanket resistant to the water and oils put under the sports car at the time of repair works (minimum size is 4m x 4m). There must be a film resistant to the gasoline put in the place of filling, under the opening of the tank (minimum size is 1m x 1m), there must be a container for the collection of the spilled gasoline. VI. FINES All the infringements and the fine sizes are indicated in the Affix No. 2 of 2018 Lithuanian Car Passage regulation and rules. VII. RESULTS. PROTESTS. APPEALS 7.1. Results The results are calculated to the result calculation system (Affix No. 1) The lap time is recorded manually The lap time is recorded in hh:mm:ss format, if not specified otherwise Protests Protests are submitted following the requirements of LASK 13 article The time of the submission of protests ends 30 min. after the announcement of preliminary results The protest is given with the fee of 150 Euro, which is to be returned if the protest is met Appeals The applicants have a right to appeal, as indicated in LASK 15 article. VIII. PRIZES The crews who have won the first, second and third places are awarded by the Organizer diplomas, cups and the prizes from the supporters if such exist.
