PROPOSE - To introduce Vietnam Vocotruyen (Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts) - a Hesitate of Vietnam Culture - To encourage practicing movement of Vietnam Vocotruyen in all over the world. - To develop the exchange between Vietnam Vocotruyen Practicing Nations in the world. - To execute the Project of Conversion and Development of Vietnam Vocotruyen to 2020 approved by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. As agreement of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM and Hanoi People s Committee, the 2 nd World Championship of Vietnam Vocotruyen will be organized by Hanoi and WFVV from 22 to 26 August 2018 II. NAME OF EVENT: In Vietnamese: GIẢI VÔ ĐỊCH THẾ GIỚI VÕ CỔ TRUYỀN VIỆT NAM LẦN THỨ 2 - HÀ NỘI - tháng In English : THE 2 nd WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF VIETNAM VOCOTRUYEN HANOI August 2018 (The 2 nd CWVV-2018). III. DATE and VANUE 1. Date of Event: from 22 to 26 August Venue: Stadium Ha Noi. Add: Tran Huu Duc Road My Dinh Ha Noi.

3 IV. PARTICIPANT : - Delegation of National Vietnam Vocotruyen Federation officially jointed in WFVV. Each delegation of National Federation can be consisting of subteams represented for Vietnam Vocotruyen Schools, Styles, Organizations in this Nations if accepted by National Federation and WFVV. - Each delegation includes 01 leader, 02 or 03 coaches and contestants to demonstration and competition. V. Only the delegation of Vietnam shall register not more than 5 male classes and 4 female classes. 2. Compulsory Forms Demonstration for Single: 12 sets of medals - Demonstration of WFVV s compulsory forms, separated single male and single female : Single Male Categories Single Female Categories 1. Tứ Linh Đao can register all categories, only one demonstration for each category. One contestant can register to perform not more than 02 compulsory forms. - Only the delegation of Vietnam shall register not more than 3 male categories and 3 female categories. One Vietnam contestant can register not more than 02 compulsory forms demonstration. - One contestant can register demonstration for only one delegation 3. Free Style Forms Demonstration for Single: 09 sets of medals - Demonstration of optional ( freestyle) forms of all Vietnam Traditional martial art Schools, Styles, including 5 categories as below : Bare Hand Forms for Male Single : 02 sets of medals Bare Hand Forms for Female Single : 02 sets of medals Long weapon Forms for Single Male & Female : 02 sets of medals Short weapon Forms for Single Male & Female : 02 sets of medals Soft weapon Forms for Single Male & Female : 01 set of medals 4

One contestant can register to perform not more than 02 freestyle forms. - Only the delegation of Vietnam shall register not more than 3 male categories and 3 female categories. One Vietnam contestant can register to perform not more than 02 freestyle forms. - One contestant can register demonstration for only one delegation 4. Bare Hand and Weapon Group Demonstration: 02 sets of medals Including 2 categories as below + Bare Hand Group Demonstration + Weapon Group Demonstration - Bare Hand and Weapon Group Demonstration for group of 3 to 5 contestants. can register all categories, only one demonstration for each category. 5. Group combat Demonstration: 06 sets of medals Including 6 categories as below Bare Hand Combat Demonstration Weapon Combat Demonstration + Male against male + Male against male + Female against female + Female against female + Female against male + Female against male - Each demonstration group consists of not more than 4 contestants - Each delegation of National Federation, including team of subsidiary organization can register all categories, only one demonstration for each category. 6. Duong Sinh Demonstration (Vietnam Traditional Martial Art forms practised both its defense training and its health benifits): 03 sets of medals Including 3 categories as below + Duong Sinh Demonstration for Male single + Duong Sinh Demonstration for Female single + Duong Sinh Demonstration for Group - Duong Sinh Demonstration for Group consists of not more than 10 contestants. can register all categories, only one demonstration for each category. 5

6 VI. RULES & EXPENSE 1. Rule: As per the Rules of Vietnam Vocotruyen Competition issued by Vietnam Sport Administration Expense - All delegations shall be responsible for their expenses and other fees to participate in the Championship. - Registration fee for each contestant is US$20 ( collected by WFVV) VII. PRIZES AND PENALTIES 1. Organizing Committee shall give Gold medals, Silver medals, Bronze medals and Certificates for the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd ranking medalists of demonstration, and for the 1 st, 2 nd and equal 3 rd ranking medalists of fighting competition. 2. Anyone, who is violating the Rules and Reglations of Organizing Committee, Constitution of Federation, Competition Rules, Regulation of the Championship shall be given the penalty accordingly. 3. Contestants who do not participate or give up their games without the permission of Organizing Committee shall be not recognized their achivement at the Championship. VIII. DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION : 1. DOCUMENTS: - Registration as per the registration form issued with this Regulation. - Each contestant for fighting competition categories must submit valid Health Certificate issued by the Authorised Medical Care Organization expired 30 days to the date of competition, Waiver Liability and Insurance Policies during the time of competition. - Contestant List of each sub-team of national delegation to participate in the Championship must be approved by the National Federation - 2 portrait 3cmx4 cm (wearing costume of Vietnam Vocotruyen or traditional costume of School, Section) shall be submitted to Organizing Committee to make the ID card. * Registration documents are not allowed to erase or correct at any kind. 2.
