3 Welcome to an Olympic summer With more sports than any other camp around, Champions is ready to celebrate the 2012 summer olympic games. At Champions, everyone can learn to play like an olympian athlete. Whether you re a rookie who wishes to discover sports or an elite athlete who wants to reach your personal best, Champions can help you achieve your goals and reach your dreams. Our experienced certified Red Cross swim instructors, professional sport coaches and mature staff supervise campers of all abilities between the ages Champions offers all the sports and spirit to celebrate the 2012 Olympic Games. Our sports program is the most comprehensive, fully euipped program in town. A Champions day includes daily Red Cross Swim Instruction, afternoon free-swims, gymnastics, field hockey, baseball, football, volleyball, dodgeball, track and field, team sports and the daily choice between soccer camp and basketball camp. In addition, Champions offers optional skating instruction in our Cutting Edge ice hockey camp or figure skating program. Registration is limited to ensure that all of our campers receive individual attention with an emphasis on personal best, fair play and team spirit. Of course, an olympic summer wouldn t be complete without our creative and cultural programming. Our Discovery Programs allow campers the option to explore in our Arts Adventure Program, star and direct in our Video Studio, steal the show in one of two Broadway Productions, hip-hop in our Rhythm Nations Dance Workshops, catch a wave on our waterslide at Waterworld, catch the beat during a Rock Concert, meet rare animals at Mr. Reptilian, or enjoy a pony ride or popsicle with your camp friends. 6 TRANSPORTATION SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY 1) This year, CHAMPIONS again offers convenient door-to-door supervised bus service, Monday through Friday. Bus transportation is not included in the camp fee. 2) As an added service, CHAMPIONS also offers the option of convenient carpool lists free of charge. They re organized on a block-basis in your neighbourhood, for parents who want service that s even more uick and economical. Name: Address: Telephone: TERMS AND CONDITIONS A registration cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by a $ deposit for each camper and a postdated cheue for the balance dated May 1 st Families with two or more children must fill out a separate registration form for each child. Should your plans change before May 1 st 2012, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $10.00 for each week cancelled. Before May 1 st 2012, weeks scheduled may be interchanged free of charge depending on availability. Should your plans change after May 1 st 2012, a full refund will be issued less a service charge of $50.00 for each week cancelled. After May 1 st 2012, weeks may be interchanged for a service charge of $10.00 a week, depending on availability. Cancellations and changes must be brought to the Champions office attention no later than 4:00PM on the Thursday before the week that you would like to cancel or interchange. Since our fee structure is based upon reservation for a specific period, we cannot refund fees for days missed for any reason once camp has begun. It should also be noted that the camp cannot be held responsible for the loss, or theft of the camper s belongings brought to camp.
