2 Götzis, 28 th August 2013 Re: Austrian Ladies Open 2014 INVITATION Dear Madam, Dear Sir, According to its Female wrestling developing policy, the KSV Götzis Wrestling Club is organizing under the aegis of the Austrian Wrestling Federation The 16 th Austrian Ladies Open On 13 th 15 th of June 2014 A tournament for Seniors and Cadets We would be very pleased to welcome your National Team to take part in our tournament, according to the rules attached. 3 16 th Austrian Ladies Open 2014 Seniors and Cadets ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT The organization Committee will ensure accommodation for wrestlers and other officials in Hotel 24/7 and some other accomodations for a price of: Wrestling Center: 100,00 Pension: 115,00 Hotel 24/7: 140,00 New 4-star Hotel: 170,00 from Friday, 13 th of June (beginning with lunch and all the meals) to Sunday, 15 th of June 2014 (including breakfast) The organization Committee will ensure local transport from the railway station of St. MARGARETHEN (CH) or Lindau (GER), or Altenrhein aerport and from the railway-station of Götzis. We can pick up your team by Mini-Bus from Zürich for 95,00 one way/one bus (8 persons) or Munich ( 130,00). You can also take the train costs: 72,40 one person. Best destination travelling by aeroplane: Zürich or Memmingen ACCREDITATION Accreditation will be only in the new Wrestling Center (6840 Götzis, In der Riebe 8), where you have to go first just after arriving. After the accreditation and paying the fee of your team, you will get the information, where you stay during the tournament. DATES AND PLACE The tournament will take place from 13 th -14 th of June. After the tournament we will organize an international training camp from 15 th of June till Friday 20 th of June The tournament will take place in the SPORTHALLE DER MITTELSCHULE Götzis. Training camp will be held at the Wrestling Center (Ringsportzentrum West, 6840 Götzis, In der Riebe 8). PARTICIPATIONS The organisation committee invited next delegations: AZE, BLR, BUL, COL, CZE, CAN, ESP, FIN, FRA, GBR, GER, HUN, JPN, ITA, NOR, POL, RUS, SUI, SWE, SVK, EGY, TUN, TUR, UKR, USA, VEN and some other countries. Each delegation will get special information about the number of the participants and the persons totally, which will be accepted.
