20 Team Specific Series 1 (TSS1) Watch your team in one of their Group Matches, the Round of 16 or the Quarter-final. Team Specific Series 3 (TSS3) Guaranteed tickets to watch all three of your team s Group Matches. Team Specific Series 4 (TSS4) See your team play in all three Group Matches, as well as their potential Round of 16 match. Should your team fail to qualify for the Round of 16, you will receive hospitality package/s for a default match in Moscow s Luzhniki OR Spartak stadiums, the venue to be determined by MATCH Hospitality and communicated at a later date. Team Specific Series 5 (TSS5) Follow your team through all potential matches up to and including the Quarterfinal. TSS5 includes all three Group Matches, a Round of 16 match and a Quarter-final match. Should your team be eliminated prior to the Round of 16 match or the Quarterfinal, you will receive hospitality packages for the default Round of 16 match in Moscow s Luzhniki OR Spartak stadiums (the venue will be determined by MATCH Hospitality and communicated at a later date) and /or Quarter-final match in Sochi. 29 Legal Notice All sales of Hospitality Packages will be subject to detailed terms and conditions as set out in MATCH Hospitality s Sales Agreement. MATCH Hospitality will provide the Sales Agreement to customers during the purchasing process. The Sales Agreement will comprise Hospitality Sales Regulations, the 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP RUSSIA General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Tickets and the Stadium Code of Conduct. Please note that customers are not permitted to resell Hospitality Packages, individually or as part of a travel package (for example combining flights, hotels and tickets). Further, Hospitality Packages cannot be used in commercial promotions, advertising campaigns, or as prizes in competitions, lotteries or sweepstakes. Hospitality Packages are for each customer s own personal use or corporate use for privately invited guests and may not be transferred for financial gain. More detailed rules are set forth in the Sales Agreement. MATCH Hospitality has appointed Sales Agents in certain territories to assist in identifying customers and concluding the sale of Hospitality Packages. All sales of Hospitality Packages are made directly between MATCH Hospitality and customers. Sales Agents are not authorised to bind MATCH Hospitality and/or FIFA in any way. Product category and seat allocation decisions are not yet final. Stadia construction/renovation projects are on-going. Drawings, diagrams and photographs are approximate depictions, not actual and should not be considered definitive. Each stadium and match will be configured differently. Final seat and/or suite location assignments will take place in The customer acknowledges and agrees that all parking passes: (i) are subject to availability and final confirmation by MATCH Hospitality, (ii) must be specifically requested in writing by the customer, and (iii) will, unless MATCH Hospitality determines otherwise (at its sole discretion), be allocated on the basis of one (1) automobile space per match for every four (4) Hospitality Packages purchased per match or one (1) bus space per match for every forty (40) Hospitality Packages purchased per match. Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising issued by MATCH Hospitality, and any illustrations or descriptions of the Hospitality Packages contained in MATCH Hospitality s brochure, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Hospitality Packages, and shall not, under any circumstance, constitute an offer or public offer by MATCH Hospitality.
