We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racist or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at judges, meet personnel, athletes, coaches, spectators, or team representatives are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Anti-bullying Policy Hazing, harassment, intimidation, menacing or bullying and acts of cyberbullying by members, towards any member is strictly prohibited. Retaliation against any person who reports, is thought to have reported, files a complaint or otherwise participates in an investigation or inquiry is also strictly prohibited. False charges shall also be regarded as a serious offense and will result in disciplinary action or other appropriate sanctions. Persons whose behavior is found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including expulsion. USA Diving may also make referrals to law enforcement officials. Use of Audiovisual Equipment Use of audio or visual recording devices, including cell phones, is not permitted in changing areas, restrooms or locker rooms. Deck Changing Changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or designated changing areas is not appropriate and is prohibited.

3 Meet Information Entering the Meet All athlete and coach meet entries must be made online at prior to December 4, 2017 at 5PM ET. Entry Fees: $30 per event Late Registration Coaches If a coach misses the online registration deadline, a $20 late fee will be assessed prior to deck authorization. Athletes Athletes may still register after the deadline. A $100 late fee will be assessed in addition to the entry fee if registering online after the deadline. If registering on deck, a $100 late fee will be assessed and the entry fee will be $60 per event. Athletes previously registered for the meet who wish to add an event will only pay $60 per event. International Divers International athletes may participate in the 2017 USA Diving Winter National Championships with a written letter of approval from their home federation. Letters must be submitted to Chris Zukas, National Events Manager, at Chris.Zukas@USADiving.org before November 17, 2017 to receive full consideration. Directions to Pool Travelers arriving by air at Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI), travel east on Bryan Boulevard and take the I-40 exit (Raleigh/Winston-Salem) to Future I-73/I-840. Take future I-73/I-840 to I-40 East (Exit 1). Travel on I-40 East to Freeman Mill Road (Exit 218B). Continue on Freeman Mill Road and then turn left on Coliseum Boulevard, turn left on Ellington Street and right into main entrance. From I-40 West/I-85 South follow I-40 West to Freeman Mill Road (Exit 218B). Continue on Freeman Mill Road, then turn left on Coliseum Boulevard, turn left on Ellington Street and right into main entrance. Parking Information $20.00 All Session pass sold on December 13 th and 14 th at parking booths. *Subject to daily rate on the days other Coliseum events are in session.
