3 3 6. METHOD OF COMPETITION Single elimination tournament according to WT Competition Rules. 7. COMPETITION MODE i. Cadets and Junior 3X1.5 min (45 sec break). ii. Seniors 3X2 min (1 min break). The contests duration is subject to changes by the Organization Committee. 8. WT Global Athlete licence/etu Coach licence According to WT/WTE Rules for G1 Tournaments: - all competitors including Senior - Junior and Cadets must have the 2017 WT Global Athlete licence. - all coaches must have the 2017 WT Global licence and 2017 World Taekwondo Europe Coach licence. 9. CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships: 1 st PLACE: GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 2 nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE 3 rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE Best Teams will be awarded to the third best teams in the total classifications and weight divisions: 1 st PLACE: Cup 2 nd PLACE: Cup 3 rd PLACE: Cup According to the following: For every Gold Medal For every Silver Medal For every Bronze Medal 7 points 3 points 1 point 10. PROTEST Only the official coach is allowed to protest, immediately after the end of the contest. An amount of 150 Euro will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee chairman is final.

4 4 11. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION Airfare and Accommodation Round trip airfare, accommodation charges of room and board and transportation shall be borne by the participating teams. Entry Fees Net entry fees of 75 Euros must be paid in advance by one of the following options: 1. CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES REGISTRATION Entries completed before November 5 th Registration and payment ONLINE through WT Web site OC will close the registration as soon as the quantity of registered athletes has been reached. 13. INTERNATIONAL REFEREES The following conditions shall apply: i. International Referees are required to pay for their own roundtrip airfares. ii. The Organizing Committee shall pay for the expenses for three (3) nights stay of room and board. Check-in: November 24 th 2017 (Friday) / check-out: November 27th 2017 (Monday). iii. The Organizing Committee shall pay a per diem of US$100 to the mentioned International Referees for each competition day. iv. Registration for International Referees through israelopentkd@gmail.com

5 5 14. TECHNICAL DELEGATE WT will appoint the Technical Delegate. 15. WT-RECOGNIZED TAEKWONDO UNIFORM (DOBOK) AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT i. Participating contestants are required to wear WT-recognized doboks and WT-recognized protective equipment any contestant who wears unrecognized dobok or protective equipment will not be permitted to compete. The latest version of WT-recognized manufacturers list is available at the WT website: ii. Senior and Junior: The Organizing Committee will provide DAEDO GEN2 PSS (Electronic Body and Head Protectors), to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to bring along their own: groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, DAEDO sensing socks (GEN2 is permitted), shin and forearm guards for their personal use before entering the field of play. iii. Cadets: The Organizing Committee will provide DAEDO GEN2 PSS (Electronic Body Protectors only), to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to bring along their own: Cadet head protectors with mask, groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, DAEDO sensing socks (GEN2 is permitted), shin and forearm guards for their personal use before entering the field of play. 16. MEDICAL CONTROL The WT Anti-Doping Rules, and where necessary the Code of the World Anti-Doping Agency, shall apply throughout the competitions. 17. WEIGH-IN Weigh-in of all the contestants shall be completed by Friday, November 24th. Participating contestants scheduled to compete on Sunday November 26th, and that won't be able To weigh by Friday, will be weigh on Saturday November 25th. 18. INDEMNITIES i. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this championships or any activities thereto. ii. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage. iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.
