Each federation taking part in the competition must bring a judge. The fine for a missing judge is 350,00 Euro. The Scoring will be carried out according to the Junior Code of Points (current valid constitution). Team Competition Team 4 / 4 / 3 (at least 1 gymnast has to belong to Age Group 1) All 4 of them perform on the apparatus. The three highest scores count for the final results. One gymnast per apparatus has to be year 2000/2001. Single gymnasts are not permitted. Apparatus Final The best 6 gymnasts will qualify for the Finals in the categories 1, 2, 3 (max 1 per Nation). A Wildcard is indicated for the hosting club. Participation s certificate for all gymnasts. Individual by age group: the best 3 gymnasts

The organising committee will provide a shuttle service from/to the airport Tegel (TXL) or Schoenefeld (SXF) or alternatively to the train station on the official arrival and departure days. Earlier arrivals or later departures are at the expenses of the participants. No Shuttle can be guaranteed. The OC will charge a fee of 65,00 per person and night for every member of the delegation (double or triple room occupancy). The single arrangement is 87,00 per night per person. Additional persons (including coaches, judges and gymnasts, etc.) have to pay a fee of 75,00. For any additional nights and rates please contact the OC. If you are interested in joining a sightseeing tour on Saturday morning, please register the latest until the technical meeting on Thursday night. The entry fee is 10,00 p. p. Gymnasts and accredited officials will receive a ticket for the farewellparty at the accreditation. All payments have to be on the account of the Berlin Gymnastics Federation by March 1 st In case of overdue payments the entries cannot be considered. The participating federation (NOT the organizing federation) is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Embassy or

3 Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Berlin, Germany. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before February 1 st 2018 to the OC. DEADLINES SUMMARY The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city and address the visa application support letter must be sent to.
