Countries requiring visas to enter Taiwan should present this Invitation to the Taiwan Embassy or our Representative Office in your country to avoid any inconvenience. 2 THE 7 th ASIAN CADET WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP FREESTYLE GRECO-ROMAN- FEMALE AUGUST 2007 TAICHUNG, TAIWAN REGULATIONS GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1. The International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles [FILA] has entrusted the conduct of The 7 th Asian Cadet FS GR and FW Wrestling Championships to Chinese Taipei Wrestling Association The Championships will take place according to the FILA rules and regulations. 1.3 The Championship will be prepared by the Chinese Taipei Wrestling Association and the Championship will be conducted by an Organizing Committee formed for this purpose The Championships will be held at Taichung, Taiwan, R.O.C. from August DATE & PLACE 2.1 The competitions will take place in Taichung County, Taichung Gymnasium of Taiwan from 10 to 12 August 2007 with the following address: Taichung Gymnasium No.72 Shi-An St., Feng-Yuan City, Taichung County R.O.C. TEL : , FAX : The competition hall has a seating capacity of 2,500 for spectators, wrestlers, coaches, officials, and journalists and has other necessary facilities. 2.3 The program of the competitions is enclosed 3 PARTICIPATION 3.1. Participation in this competition is open to all FILA affiliated National Wrestling Federations in Asia, provided that they have paid their financial obligations Each Asian National Wrestling Federation has the right to participate with a maximum of one wrestler per weight category for each of three styles. [one wrestler per weight and choice one style only.] Except the host country that will be entitled to participate two full teams in each styles. The age of wrestler will be checked by inspecting their passports, license books for the current year and certificate from the president of the national federation. The participant of wrestlers must be in the age group of years and born during the year [ ]. Wrestlers born during 1991 will be allowed to participate with parental and medical certificates The composition of the official delegation and the wrestlers will be in accord with the following chart as laid down by FILA as follows for each wrestling style:cadet Male and Female [10 Weight Categories]

3 Wrestlers Leaders Coaches Referees Doctors Masseurs Total This composition is valid for each style. The number of referees stipulated above is a minimum. The participating Federations can present up to 3 referees in the category of E or I. All the referees who are authorized to work will be accredited with the same condition as the participants. 4 ENTRIES 4.1. In order to be considered as valid entries, all forms must send to the Chinese Taipei wrestling Association by/on Official-Forms within the time limit set out below: A / Preliminary entries must reach the secretary of CTWA before June 09, B / Entries by name must reach the secretary of CTWA before July 09, 2007 C /.Final entries must be present to the secretary of CTWA before midday on the day of the weigh-in. D / In order to make ID card, all participant should send one personal photography of 2-inch with the name written on the back, country, weight category and styles in its back to CTWA before July 09, [Together with the nominative entry form] E/Visa application must be sent to CTWA before July 10, OFFICALS Only the FILA referee of the category-i may work in this championship Each referee must present his valid license for the current year A FILA Referee-course-type-3 will take place on the August 2007 in this Championship Referees must wear the Official-FILA-Uniforms. 6 TECHNICAL CONDITIONS 6.1 The competition will take place according to FILA rules. 6.2 This competition also has Referee-Upgrading-Course of Type. 6.3 Only referees belong to the international E and category shall officiate in the 7 th Asian Cadet Greco-Roman Style, Free Style and Female Wrestling Championships. If any Federation having no category of E or I international referees, should send their best referees of The-highest-international-category in the country, maximum 3 referees per each country. 6.4 The competitions will take place in 10 weight categories: FS & GR: kg FW : kg. 6.5 The competition will take place on FILA approved 2 O-Jump mats. 6.6 Three days prior to the departure of the wrestlers from their country to the Championships each wrestler must undergo a medical examination, the result

4 must be noted on the competitors FILA license 6.7 Each wrestler must undergo a medical examination one hour before weigh-in according to the schedule of the competition. 6.8 The organizing committee will bear the first aid costs during the competition. The annual FILA stamp covers medical assistance to the wrestler in the event of an accident. If the insured person wishes to have a medical examination or receive treatment which is not linked to an accident which happened during the Championship, the cost for such a medical examination or treatment should be born by he or his national federation. These costs cannot be reimbursed by the insurance company. 6.9 The team classification will be determined by positive points obtained during individual competition. The wrestlers placed from 1 st to 10 th places will receive 10 to 1 point. If there are an equal number of positive points for the final classification, then the gold, silver and bronze medals will be taken into consideration in order to determine the winner. 7 Accommodation, Meals And Transport : 7.1.From airport or railway station and to the competitions hall or hotel has free transport 7.2.Distance between the wrestler accommodation and the competition hall provide the bus by the Organizing Committee. 7.3.Accommodation for wrestlers, coaches, officials and referees entered within fixed deadline will be ensured by the Organizing Committee at the following hotel (two - four persons per room). Tel: srevice@taichung-plaza.com 7.4 The breakfast will be served to wrestlers, coaches, officials, and referees in restaurant of the hotel where they are accommodated and the meals of lunch & dinner will be served to them in the restaurant of Plaza International Hotel Taichung. All delegations must make transport arrangement from their country to Taiwan on their own account. The Organizing Committee will ensure local transport from the C.K.S Airport to the hotel and back, as well as to and from the training and competition sites. 7.5 Training facilities will be available to all participants. 8 FINANCIAL CONDITIONS 8.1. For the delegations composed as provided for in these regulations, the participate-fee will be CHF 130 per person per day from 8 th to 13 th August The referee who participating a type course benefit from the participants rates for three days before beginning of the Championship in order to be able to participate in the course which takes place over two days Each federation leaders must honor the organizing committees financial obligation as soon as they arrive The delegation leader will settle his team participation cost in one payment. No accreditation will take place without the participation costs being paid 8.4. Delegations with members more than allowed in article 3.3 of this regulation as well as delegation that stay longer than the period allowed in article 8.1 must pay the cost CHF 150 per person per day FILA Commission members who are called to meet during the Championship will be accredited under the same conditions as the teams present.

5 8.6. In strict conformity with FILA instruction each team which has been entered for the Championship but which does not turn up. With fewer wrestlers or accompanying members than originally planned will have to pay the Organizing Committee the hotel costs for all the individuals previously entered. This requirement is followed by issuing settled invoices Delegation leaders will be responsible for any damage incurred by members of their delegation during their stay. 9 OFFICIAL CEREMONIES 9.1. Each participating team must be present at the opening ceremony of the Championship according to Organizing Committees instructions 9.2. The national flags of the countries whose wrestlers and teams which obtained 1 st -3 rd place will be hoisted once the medals have been awarded The national anthem will be played for each individual and team champion The participants must bring their two national flag [100cm 150cm] and tape or CD of their national anthem and hand over Organizer when they arrive Taiwan 10 AWARDS The Organizing Committee will make the following prize for each category 1 st place:gold medal and premium 2 nd place:silver medal and premium 3 rd place:bronze medal and premium 4 th 10 th place will have diplomas for the wrestlers and all office The first three teams will receive a trophy. 11 JOURNALISTS-TELEVISION-VIDEO RECORDING 11.1 Accreditation forms will be sent to each National Federation. These forms must be returned to the host Federation Journalists are responsible for their own accommodation however hotels can be suggested by the host Federation if asked for in advance A press center comprising all the necessary equipment will be made available to journalists the day before and one day after the Championship Countries must make their requests for video cameras to be used at the Championship at least one month before the Championship. A specific invoice will be issued each country concerned Video recordings for educational purposes will be made following a contractual agreement with the FILA and with accreditation by the organizers No numerical video cameras will be accepted in the competition hall without these requirements being followed Television companies which are not members of the UER must sign a contract with the FILA be accredited and have paid the amount set out in the financial regulations in order to receive a unilateral position or obtain images from the recording from the host broadcaster.
