AGENDA 9:30 AM: Arrive for Ferry to Island Boston Harbor Cruises Ferry Center on Long Wharf North 66 Long Wharf, Boston, MA :00 AM SHARP: Ferry Departs 10:50 AM: On Island 3:00 PM: Return Ferry back to Boston FOOD PROVIDED: Hot Dogs, Chips, Water, Uncrustables Sandwiches, Apples, Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard and Relish) ACTIVITIES: Some outdoor activities will be provided. Please bring additional activities. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: NEAHMA Kid s Day is a fun filled day for kids who participate in the 2018 NAHMA Art/Poster Contest NEAHMA will cover 10 Ferry Tickets, for the 1st 9 management companies that register. First come, first serve. Ticket Price: $15 per person Event is Rain or Shine Please send payment to NEAHMA in full by July 27, 2018 TICKETS FOR THE FERRY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE HARBOR

2 2018 NEAHMA Kid s Day Reminders, Rules & Regulations This event is for kids who participated in the NAHMA Art/Poster Contest Only Registration is required to attend: Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited. Those who register after we have exceeded our capacity, will be placed on the waitlist. NEAHMA is only responsible for providing 10 free ferry tickets, for the first 9 management companies that register. Suggestions: Have everyone wear the same color T-Shirt or shirts so you can find each other quickly. Please dress appropriately. We suggest kids wear casual clothes and sneakers. Activities are mostly outdoors. You must have a group leader for every 10 children that will be attending to stay with the youth throughout the day! Please bring sunscreen, hats and sunglasses! Don t forget a camera! Emergency Contact Information group leader should keep this list on them at all times. Please bring additional snacks and drinks for your youth to enjoy throughout the day. Please come prepared for any youth or staff with food allergy concerns. All attendees must submit individual releases, sent to you by Sarah, prior to event. NEAHMA does not provide any transportation. Questions regarding this event, please contact the NEAHMA office NOT Boston Harbor Islands There is a snack shack on the island where youth can buy food at cost. Bring outside activities such as games for your youth to enjoy, throughout the day. There is NO swimming on the island. Bring beach towels or blankets for youth to sit on.
