1 Hall of Fame General Members Established to acknowledge individuals, who have shown excellence and achieved outstanding results in roles supporting sports participants (administration, coaching/training, sports media/history and sports science/technology). It is a limited admission offered exclusively to our most deserving and influential Australians who represent the highest honours within their sport. There are 150 coaches, administrators and media inducted as General Members, of which 89 are now deceased. Together with the 407 athletes who have been inducted as Athlete Members of The Sport Australia Hall of Fame, brings the total to 557 Members of The Sport Australia Hall of Fame.
