Only 50 teams, first-come, first-serve basis of prior year entry before deadline. Entry fee is $ per 4-man team. Each shooter will only be allowed one shooting entry in main event. Due to Industry economics we are holding Practice on Friday, Oct 12 th and One day Main. Donations for open event sponsorship, Station, Cooking & Hospitality are appreciated. Enclosed are the necessary forms for the tournament. (Individual shooters are allowed) Confirmation letters with directions will be sent to team captains only by September Registration, Practice & Side events begins on Friday, Oct 12 th at 10:00 am till 4:00pm. Resume registration on Saturday, Oct 13th at 7:00 am till 12:00 noon. Team Captains can pre- register full squad, but each member must sign waiver to receive arm band to participate. If scheduled to shoot on Saturday in the am competition, you must pre-register on Friday. s be ready 1 hr prior to flight time scheduled. Safety briefing 30 min prior to start. Included in the main entry will be the challenge of a one hundred (100) bird sporting clay course, food and refreshments. s must provide their own shells (2-3/4, #7-1/2, # 8, or #9 only, max of 3 ¼ drams equivalent, 1 1/8 oz shot) for all events. Long bird and Helice events, Split Cash Pot award from (2) days! Competition side events will be held Friday & Saturday. No ATV 4-wheelers will be allowed other than gun club managers. Golf carts, mules, etc are allowed. No rental carts will be available at event by LOSC, make your own arrangements. Course is within walking distance and very user friendly. You may advertise and serve non-alcoholic beverages or snacks if you wish. $100 SHOOTING STATION SPONSORSHIPS (Previous Year Sponsor given first Right or Refusal) As a Shooting Station Sponsor, you will be allowed to advertise at the station as long as it does not interfere with the shooter or scorekeeper. There are 17 Shooting Station Sponsorships available. As a Station Sponsor, the following is requested: a. Keep the trash (not empty shells) picked up around the station. b. Open HOSPITALITY TENT SPONSORSHIPS (Previous Year Sponsor given first Right or Refusal) As a Hospitality Tent Sponsor, you will be allowed to place your company s hospitality tent in the activity/check-in area in order to serve refreshments to those in attendance. Your company s name will appear on the sponsorship board. Hospitality tent sponsorships will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis as space permits.
