15 EVENT RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES* The Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce hosts a wide array of regular and signature events geared towards advancing our mission: To advocate for and provide services that help grow our members businesses in our bilingual and bicultural region. Our goal is to deliver relevant, high-quality events for our business-members and community at large. Given the large volume of events our chamber presents throughout the year, we kindly ask our patrons to be advised of our event policies related to reservations, cancellations, and refunds. RESERVATIONS Reservations for regular or signature events made via our website or written confirmation are considered firm and must be paid in full by the date of the event. Reservations for signature events submitted after due date will be subject to a higher fee. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations will be accepted only by submitting a written request to Alma Peralta, Tucson Hispanic Chamber Director of Operations at: alma@tucsonhispanicchamber.org Cancellations must be received 8 business days prior to an event. Registration fees will be refunded in full. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received less than 8 business days prior to an event. Companies and/or individuals will be invoiced for registration fees accordingly. Sponsorships fees are not refundable.
