CHILD NEGLECT/DEPENDENCY BURGLARY ASSAULT OVI 167 N MAIN ST LONDON, OH April 06, Friday at 14: Jennifer Shonkwiler 27, of London was issued a summons for Child Endangering after her 4 year old child was found by a resident running south on N Main St unattended. Child was brought to office by officers and after over an hour of determining child's identity a parent was located asleep at the residence. Hannah Mulvihill 48 of London was arrested for theft and trespassing at the London Walmart. 234 N OAK ST LONDON, OH Resident reported forced entry to his home and a firearm missing.
