Seaport Sertoma Club is a service club that has been part of Tampa and the Port community since % of the net proceeds from Seaport Sertoma events go to helping the speech and hearing impaired and other worthy causes in the Tampa Bay area. Join us for a fun day of shooting sporting clays and helping those in need. Everyone is a winner! This Event is like Golf with Guns! Clay pigeon targets are launched from many different angles in a forest setting to test your shooting skills. 4-Member Teams shoot a 50 target course per person. Shells are provided Golf cart is included with team entrance fee Five Mulligans can be purchased for $20 5 Stand range will be available for practice and fun shooting. $5 for five shots. Shotgun, 50/50 and a wide array of raffles prizes will be awarded. Trophies for top shooters and teams. Top shipyard team has name etched on a permanent trophy Continental Breakfast and Rusty Ferrel s famous BBQ Lunch provided

2 Naming Level Sponsorship Sponsorship Opportunities $5000 Donation Have the entire event named after you or your company. Name prominently displayed in all marketing. This sponsorship includes a large banner displayed in the pavilion, six shooting station sponsor signs and slots for twelve shooters. Segment Sponsorship $2500 Donation Sponsor one of the key segments of the event such as Meal Sponsor, Shell Sponsor, Golf Cart Sponsor and Major Prize Sponsor. Each segment sponsors will be prominently recognized on a large banner displayed in the pavilion, four shooting station sponsor signs and slots for eight shooters. Gold Sponsor $2,000 Donation Show your support for this charitable event with recognition on a banner displayed in the Pavilion, two shooting stations sponsor signs and slots for eight shooters. Silver $1,000 Donation Have your company recognized as a booster with a banner displayed in the pavilion, 2 shooting station signs and slots for four shooters. Patriot $ 500 Donation If you can t put a team together, consider sponsoring a military, law enforcement or emergency responder team. You only need to provide the funding and we will find a worthy team. Your patriotism will be recognized by a station sign. Station Sponsor $200 Donation Show all of the shooters your support with a sign with your company s name at one of the shooting stations.

4 To facilitate check in please have shooters complete and sign the Safety Rules and Regulations and deliver them with the entry form. Additional form will be available at the shoot. Safety Rules and Regulations for the Seaport Sertoma Sporting Clay Classic Rules have been established for the safety of our guest, staff and neighbors. Safety is our highest priority and we reserve the right to enforce these rules to avoid serious injury to persons or property. Gun Handling Rules: The following shotgun gauges are allowed. 12, 16, 20, 28, 410 (All other firearms are not allowed) Keep guns pointed in a safe direction and NEVER point the gun at another person Keep gun open at all times unless in shooting stand Always keep your finger off the trigger while outside the shooting stand Never load the gun until you are in the shooting stand Never load more than two shells Absolutely no shooting outside the shooting stand Only one shooters is allowed in the shooting stand at a time Always unload the gun before leaving the shooting stand General Rules: Always wear ear and eye protection while on the course or around the 5-stand area. This applies to everyone - spectators, staff, trappers and shooters. Only Tampa Bay Sporting Clays staff are allowed to adjust, move, clear or otherwise handle all clay target machines. The only shot size allowed are 7 1/2, 8, 8 1/2 and 9 Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited on the course or 5-stand Stay on the designated course trails at all times Harvesting of any game is prohibited Tampa Bay Sporting Clays staff reserves the right to inspect and approve all loads Each squad is allowed one review pair per station and any excess targets will be charged accordingly Shooters must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver s license or with a parent or adult. 5 Directions to Tampa Bay Sporting Clays Ehren Cutoff Land O Lakes, Florida (813) From Lutz Take U.S. 41 North to Land O Lakes. Turn right on Ehren Cutoff RD, S.R 583, and proceed approximately 5 miles to entrance of Tampa Bay Sporting Clays. From I-75 Take I-75 North to Exit 285 (old 59) (SR52). Travel west on SR52 to Ehren Cutoff Road (approximately 5.7 miles). Turn left on Ehren Cutoff and continue approximately 1 mile south to entrance of Tampa Bay Sporting Clays.
