4 Competition Format Group 1 - Junior C and above 777m 500m 1000m Super Final Top 16 skaters in 777m Final go to Group 1A for 500m; rest to Group 1B 2 x Separate Super Finals - 1 x Super Final (Ladies) and 1 x Super Final (Men) Top 6 Ladies & Top 6 Men to relevant Super Final Points awarded for Finals only in Sessions 2 & 4 - count towards qualification and lane posiiton in Super Final Lane draws for heats will be random Lane draws for finals will be based on previous round times Lane draw for Superfinals will be based on current championship points position Group 2 - Junior D & E 500m 777m Super Final 2 x Separate Super Finals - 1 x Super Final (Girls) and 1 x Super Final (Boys) All skaters tio relevant Super Final Points awarded for Finals only in Sessions 2 & 4 - count towards qualification and lane posiiton in Super Final Lane draws for heats will be random Lane draws for finals will be based on previous round times Lane draw for Superfinals will be based on current championship points position Novices - Group A (15 years & above); Group B (14 years) Individual Distances Penalty will give last place points Note Penalty in any final will get last place points from that final Individuals with Penalty in 2 sessions will be excluded from the SuperFinals
