The National Federations (FMNs) may offer, for an extra fee, additional national services to their team s licence holders. However, the FMNs shall also offer these teams the possibility of buying only the FIM licence, without the additional national services, according to the prices and conditions established by the FIM. Licences ordered by FMNs will be invoiced at the end of each month to the Federations. Licences ordered by individuals will only be produced after receipt of payment of the licences. We thank you for completing the appropriate form and returning it to your National Federation or directly to the FIM Administration to the address mentioned at the bottom of each form. 4 NOTE FOR THE USE OF PASSES The FIM passes are permanent passes and valid for the current year. They are numbered and bear the name of the company to which they have been issued. All passes are valid for the personal use of the employees of the company or persons authorised by the latter giving the right of access in reserved areas, as defined in the respective sporting appendices, and must permit their holders to accomplish their professional obligations in an efficient manner. The holder must comply with the FIM regulations and to the decisions taken by the International Jury/Race Direction. Improper use of these passes will result in its immediate withdrawal. Should the holder encounter difficulties in carrying out his professional duties, he must consult the Clerk of the Course in the first instance, and if necessary, the Jury President/FIM Delegate. NOTA BENE: The passes must be presented to the organiser of the event. It is advisable to inform the organiser in advance stating the number of the FIM licence in order to facilitate obtaining the organiser's passes before the event.
