It is a condition of entry that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or conduct of the meeting including the owners of the land and the riders and owners of the vehicle and passengers in the vehicles are absolved from all liability in respect of personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to you or damage to your property however caused. The organiser (Mud n Tars MCC) reserve the right to abandon the meeting, refuse entries, disqualify riders, combine classes or alter the program to suit entries and/or conditions on the day. Any rider refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers
