Riders wishing to ride two or more classes in the State Championships will receive $10.00 discount on their additional classes. Pro classes do not count as an additional class and will not receive the discount. TIME TRIAL & TOP 8 SHOOTOUT INFORMATION Pro Racing Riders must have entered A Men, AA Men or Pro Ladies to be eligible for the Time Trial & Top 8 Shootout event No other riders are eligible to compete in this event A single run Time Trial will be held on Saturday The fastest 8 riders in each pro class will then compete in a Top 8 Shootout Minimum class size is 4 riders No additional entry fee Undersubscribed classes will be merged and the prize pool will be combined The Time Trial & Top 8 shootout has no influence on moto seeding for the pro classes 3

Transponder Hire Fee of $20 per transponder, to be paid with nomination Failure to return loan transponders will result in the rider receiving $150 fine Transponder available for Purchase at Pre Event: awards to all participants State Championships: AWARDS EARLY BIRD ENTRIES All early bird entries go into the draw to win their entry fee back Mini Wheelers: Trophy to all participants Sprockets: Trophy to all participants Age Challenge Classes: Trophies 1-3, Plates 1-8 Age Cruiser Classes: Trophies 1-3, Plates 1-8 Retro: Trophies 1-3, Plates 1-8 Pro Ladies: $800, Pay 1-8, Trophies 1-3 Top 8 Shootout $250 A Pro Male: $800, Pay 1-8, Trophies 1-3 Top 8 Shootout $200 AA Pro Male: $2,000, Pay 1-8 Trophies 1-3 Top 8 Shootout $500 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. All riders must hold a valid Mini Wheeler, Sprocket or Open BMXA licence and be a financial member of an affiliated BMX Club and their State Association. 2. Club and Four Month licences are not acceptable for this event. 3. Riders will enter their natural age class where provided. No riding up permitted. 4. If insufficient entries are received to form a class at closing date, riders will be allocated to the next appropriate class. 5. No Run-offs will be run. Tiebreakers will be resolved by a count-back on results and if a tie still exists, count-back will be on lap times as per BMXA Rule 013,4b. 6. Class of 1 full gate or less will be as per BMXA Rule 013,2a 7. All riders will be provided with a number plate and numbers for the event. It is a condition of entry that this plate be used for the entire race meeting including official practice and State Championship, Only numbers and stickers supplied by the organiser may be attached to the plate, no other modification to plates or numbers are permitted in anyway. Bikes not displaying the supplied number plate will not be permitted on the track. 8. Riders that have been awarded a championship number from 1 8 during the 2016 Worlds, 2016 Nationals, 2015 State Championships or have a 2016 permanent UCI career number may request allocation of that number. 9. No refunds, unless it is found after the close of entries that a rider s nominated class is not available; or a rider is injured or becomes ill prior to the event and produces a medical certificate, in which case an administration fee will be deducted. 10. Riders who fail to register will not be included in the moto draw. 11. It is the rider s responsibility to ensure they register, fit transponder correctly, check transponder is working correctly, check moto sheets, attend staging on time and ride in their correct moto. 12. A testing station will be available before and during racing and if not used and your transponder is found not to be working then the rider will be scored DNS. 13. Early bird entries. All early bird entries will go into a draw to have their entry fee refunded. 14. Random bike scrutineering will take place.
