Western Carolina is in home season openers in the program s history. Western Carolina connected on seven three-pointers in the loss to Coastal Carolina. Senior guard Angel Allen led Western Carolina with 16 points, tying her career-high with four three-pointers, against Coastal Carolina. Senior forward Kennedy Rushin earned the first start of her career against Coastal Carolina. The game against Campbell, on Friday, is the beginning of a two-game homestand for Western Carolina.
