They know they want to continue to be at the top of the list of organizations, so they are out here building this beautiful new facility for us, and it s gonna be incredible to be in there. These events have a significant economic impact on the local economy and continue to spotlight Los Angeles as the Entertainment Capital of the World. The Lakers Youth Foundation s goal is to assist nonprofit community organizations based on need. With the Foundation s focus on the use of sports to promote education, teamwork and self-esteem among Los Angeles area youth, our fundraising directly supports these initiatives by providing financial assistance to children and local youth programs.
