1 Bowling You must stand behind the foul line when rolling the ball. Distance will be set at 15 feet. You may either stand or sit while rolling the ball. No ramp will be used. We will play a total of 3 frames per participant. Frames will be totaled and doubled to come up with final scores Contestants with the top three scores will be awarded prizes in each division.

2 Basketball Distance from the hoop will be 6 feet. Height from the ground to the top of the rim will be 50. Participants will toss basketballs from behind the throwing line. Each participant will be given 2 practice tosses. Competitors may sit or stand, and will be given 5 balls to toss. Winners will be determined by the number of successful baskets. In the event of a tie, re-throws will be given until winners are determined. Re-throws will consist of another three balls to toss, and the hoop will move back 2 feet. Three winners will be awarded prizes for each division.

3 Cornhole Each participant will throw from the established throwing line from a standing or sitting position. Each participant will be given 4 practice tosses. Each participant will be given 4 throws. o 3 points for all bags in the hole o 1 point for all bags on the board In the event of a tie, re-throw will be given. Re-throws will consist of another 4 throws, and re-throws will be added to the original scores. The three contestants with the highest totals will be awarded prizes for each division.

4 Golf The course will consist of a 10-foot run with a 2-foot putting green. Points will be awarded as follows: o 50 pts - Ball in the cup o 40 pts - Ball within 2 of cup o 30 pts - Ball within 4 of cup o 20 pts - Ball within 6-8 of cup o 10 pts - Ball stays on the course. Each player will have 3 strokes. In the event of a tie, participants will be called back for additional strokes. The participants with the three highest scores will be awarded prizes in each division.

5 Horseshoes Distance will be set at 15 feet. The participants will toss 3 horseshoes at the peg. Points will be awarded as follows: o 4 points awarded for a ringer o 3 points awarded for a leaner o 2 points awarded for a toss landing within one foot from the peg o 1 point for a horseshoe landing further than 1 foot from the peg. In the event of a tie, re-throws will be given to each participant. Re-throws will consist of 3 horseshoes. In the event of a tie, the top scorer of the re-throws will be the winner. The three participants with the highest scores will be awarded prizes in each division.

6 Ladder Golf Object of the Game- To out toss your opponents by wrapping your bolos around 1-, 2-, and 3-point scoring rungs. Each individual completes one round of tossing bolos. Play continues until all have gone. A total of two rounds will be played. Bolos may be tossed in any way the player chooses, as long as they are tossed individually. Players must not step across the foul line during a throw. Scoring-Points accumulate with each bolo landing on a rung. Point Values (based on difficulty level) are as follows: Top rung (blue) =3 points Middle rung (orange) =2 points Bottom rung (yellow) =1 point No score-bolos that miss the ladder or bounce off the ground do not count in scoring The individual with the highest total in each division wins (2 nd and 3 rd place follow accordingly). Should a playoff be necessary, one additional round will be granted to the tied competitors. Playing area is typically approximately 15 feet from the target.

7 Target Toss Distance from the throwing line to the target area will be 10 feet. Each participant will throw from a standing or sitting position. Each participant will have 4 throws. Points will be awarded, based on the landing position in the target area. In the event of a tie, the top participants will rethrow until the winners are determined. Scoring is as follows: o 25 pts o 50 pts o 75 pts o 100 pts The three competitors with the most points will be awarded a prize for each division.

8 Spelling Bee Each participant will have two chances to spell a word. Participants shouting answers out of turn will be disqualified. No dictionaries, notes, paper, or pencils are permitted to be used during the contest. Process of elimination by misspelling a word from the vocabulary list will determine the winner of the spelling bee. If all spellers miss the same word, all spellers shall continue with another word. o The first person who misspelled the last word goes first. One 1 st place, 2 nd place, and 3 rd place winner will be selected overall. We will not have a winner in both divisions.
