1 LIABILITY RELEASE AND MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION (MUST BE FILLED OUT WITH APPLICATION) I hereby authorize my child s participation in Mark Trakh s basketball camp. I know of no mental or physical problems which may affect my child s ability to safely participate in this camp. I realize the camp has the exclusive right to deny admission or to dismiss any participants of the camp for just cause. I hereby authorize the staff of Mark Trakh s Girls Basketball Camp to act in my absence in the case of illness or injury involving my child. I realize that I am responsible for any medical or other charges incurred in connection with my child s participation in the Mark Trakh Girls Basketball Camp. I hereby release and hold harmless the Regents, New Mexico State University, Mark Trakh Girls Basketball Camp, its officers, employees and agents from any and all liability that may arise out of my child s participation in the camp including transportation to and from camp. This camp is designed to improve all skills in a positive and fun atmosphere. TEAM CAMP Teams will be guaranteed 5 games (subjected to increase). There will be three divisions; Elite, Varsity, JV. There will be a coaches clinic headed by Coach Mark Trakh. This will include playbook, demonstrations, situational plays. Games will be played in NMSU Activity Center, Pan Am practice and main court. SHOOTING SKILLS CAMP This camp is for an hour a day with the focus primarily on shooting and learning the proper shooting techniques from skilled coaches. Give the participant one-on-one attention to help improve. CAMP FEATURES Each participant will receive a Mark Trakh Girls Basketball Camp t-shirt. There will be camp prizes handed out: personal bests and camp awards. CAMP STAFF The camp staff consists of Coach Mark Trakh, Aarika Hughes, Tamara Inoue, Jamie Shadian, and Emma Beddome. Former student-athletes will be assisting the coaches and a athletic trainer will be on duty at all camps. LODGING/MEALS For out of town teams, on campus housing is available. 3 LITTLE B-BALLERS CAMP CONTACT: Hello Parents! Its that time of year again when the kids are out of school and you have to get to work. We have just the solution...we would like to invite your littles ones to Little B-BALLERS Camp. We are inviting kids ages K-5th grade to come join us for some fun basketball games including the teaching of basic fundamentals.
