1 Netball NSW Competitions 2018 In 2018, Netball NSW will be running the following competitions: Netball NSW Premier League Teams: 16 teams (2 per Premier League Licensee) Divisions: Opens and Under 20s Format: Weekly competition, 14 rounds plus 3 week final series Pre-season Tournament: Super Sunday Tournament on 25 March, and a 3 week competition starting on Wednesday 11 April Official Start Date: Wednesday 30 May Grand Finals: U20s - Tuesday 25 September, Opens - Wednesday 26 September Venue: Genea Netball Centre *Spectator entry fees for Genea Netball Centre as per the 2018 Genea Netball Centre Entry Fees and Parking DOOLEYS Metro League Teams: 60 teams (entry open to any Netball NSW affiliated Association) Divisions: 6 Divisions of 10 teams per Division Format: Weekly competition, 18 rounds plus 3 week final series Nights of play: Divisions 1 & 2 Thursday, Divisions 3 & 4 Monday, Divisions 5 & 6 - Tuesday Start Date: Monday 9 April Grand Final: Monday 17, Tuesday 18, Thursday 20, September Venue: Genea Netball Centre Competition Cost: $ GST per player *Player/official/spectator entry fees for Genea Netball Centre as per the 2018 Genea Netball Centre Entry Fees and Parking Netball NSW State Masters Age groups: Over 35s and Over 40s Format: 2 day tournament, number of games per team dependent on number of teams in Division Start Date: Saturday 19 May Finish Date: Sunday 20 May Venue: Genea Netball Centre Competition Cost: $ GST per team Netball NSW State Championships Age groups: U17, Open Age groups Divisions: May be more than one division per age group, depending on number of entries Format: 3 day tournament, number of games per team dependent on number of teams in Division Start Date: Saturday, 9 June Finish Date: Monday, 11 June Venue: Gosford Netball Association Competition Cost: $ GST per team Netball NSW State Age Championships Age groups: U12, U13, U14 and U15 Representative teams Divisions: 4 Divisions Format: 3 day tournament, number of games dependent on number of teams in Division Start Date: Saturday 7 July Finish Date: Monday 9 July Venue: Division 1 Liverpool City NA, Division 2 Camden & District NA, Division 3 Eastwood Ryde NA, Division 4 Inner Western Suburbs NA Competition Cost: $ GST per team Summary Of Netball NSW 2018 Competitions Page 1 of 2 As of 13/11/2017

9 2018 Genea Netball Centre Entry Fees In 2018 the Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA), has once again kindly agreed to provide to Netball NSW a parking validator to be used under very strict conditions for very specific registered Netball persons only for certain Netball competitions. The following Netball competition registered persons will under special authorisation from SOPA be allowed validated parking when attending Genea Netball Centre for specific competitions and or approved training: Players (or their guardians transporting them); Officials; and Umpires and Volunteers. Parking validation for the above persons participating or working at Metro League, Premier League or Night Interdistrict evenings during the 2017 year will be provided for up to three hours in an adjacent car park to Genea Netball Centre (P3 or P4 car park as directed). However note validated parking is subject to capacity and availability and is not guaranteed. *P3/P4 Parking Validator Should on occasion the Validator be out of order or not available, Netball visitors will need to pay full price parking. The validator system and P3/P4 car parks are managed and controlled by SOPA; validation offered is a special dispensation for the sport and therefore is an added bonus provided to specific eligible Netball persons as above. Please note when major events are held in Sydney Olympic Park or at Genea Netball Centre parking costs may apply. Netball NSW will provide regular parking information through its communication channels to keep stakeholders updated.
