The best person to contact is the meet director.) 2. Entry Process & Fees: Entries close at 7:00pm on June 15th, Return entries to: Hy-Tek Team Manager file to: prathletics@prathletics.com (event file available on PR Athletics event management site - Non Hy-Tek users: Please use the online form on the PR Athletics event management site Entry Fees: $20.00 for each individual event and relay team entered. An administrative fee of $5 per event for Non-Hy-Tek will be incurred. Hy-Tek Team Manager Lite is free, easy to use, provides more accuracy for a smooth running meet and available at: Tutorals to use Team Manager are available at: Make cheques payable to STFC. TIMELINES for Clubs to follow: Entry Deadline: Tuesday, June 7:00 pm Entry Lists Posted by: Thursday, June pm A late entry fee, double the original fee, will be charged on entries received after June 7pm. This is to encourage accurate, on-time entries, allowing the organizing committee to prepare for the meet appropriately. Changes Welcomed until: Sunday, June 7:00pm All changes after this will be treated as late entries. Entries after June 7pm are at the discretion of the meet organizers and will be charged $ per event.

2 3. Eligibility: Athletes competing in the meet must obtain an Athletics Canada card prior to the competition. Saskatchewan athletes may obtain a card by writing to: Saskatchewan Athletics 2020 College Drive Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7N 2W4 Day passes, valid for only the specific meet for which they were purchased, will be available at the meet office. Please do not send day pass fees with your meet entry fees unless you have also included a list of the athletes concerned with their birth date, club affiliation and club address and a separate cheque made out to: Saskatchewan Athletics 4. Protests: Protests must be submitted in writing to the meet office no later than one-half hour following the official posting of results. Protests must be accompanied by a $20.00 deposit which is forfeited if the protest is disallowed. 7. Awards: Gold, Silver and Bronze medallions awarded for provincial championship events.

3 8. Spike length: Track maximum 7mm; Field - maximum 9mm. 9. Heats & Finals If an event has 8 or less competitors the finals will be run at the time of the heats. 10. Funding Standards & Team Selections: a. This met will be the funding qualifier for Nationals for youth, junior and senior upon hitting the funding standard. b. Last chance meet to qualify for district teams for Saskatchewan Summer Games. c. Selection meet for Youth and Midget teams
