1 Men Pennant golf in Brisbane began in In that first year Indooroopilly fielded an A team (five players of unlimited handicaps) and a B team (seven players on handicaps of 12 and over). Committee minutes from 1932 indicate that our B team won all their matches but there are no details or photographs of team members. Three remained club members for fifty plus years and were awarded life membership (G. Seaman, S.H. Phillips and B. Gill), G.H. Tabrett donated the Tabrett Cup for competition between male and female pennant teams, J.W.H. Moxon donated the trophy for the honour board event known as the Moxon Cup, J.D. Land had two daughters who became Associate Captains (Judy Carter in and Estelle Bush in ), and A.M. Morrow s grandson Andrew was Club Champion in 1984.
