2 AS A CANUCKS SEASON TICKET HOLDER, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU. Your custom benefits fall into two categories: Event Invitations and Special Opportunities. From the options below, please select your top three Event Invitations and your top five Special Opportunities and rank them in order of preference. You will be awarded one from each category based on availability and eligibility requirements. Please review each benefit prior to making your selections to ensure you qualify. This benefit includes a chance to skate on the ice at Rogers Arena for one hour with your family and friends. Up to four skaters and four spectators per account may attend. 500 Rental equipment (e.g, skates, helmets, and skating aids) will not be available for this event. Helmets are mandatory for all skaters under 19 years of age, including babies/ toddlers in strollers. 1

An official donation request must be submitted on appropriate letterhead from the organization or charity. 10 FIN APPEARANCE Have Fin, the official mascot of your Vancouver Canucks, attend your upcoming community, corporate, or personal event. Event must be held in the Lower Mainland. Fin is available for one hour. 5 GOLFER - JAKE MILFORD GOLF TOURNAMENT Be a member of a foursome at our annual charity golf tournament on September 20, 2013 in which Canucks players and alumni participate to raise money for the BC Hockey Benevolent Association and the Canucks for Kids Fund. Must have a handicap of 20 or lower; must be 19 years of age or older. 3 CADDY JAKE MILFORD GOLF TOURNAMENT Opportunity for your child to caddy for one of their favourite Canucks at the 30th annual Jake Milford Canucks Charity Invitational on September 20, Spend all day on the golf course with one of your favourite Canucks players as they golf to raise money for charity! Your child must be between years of age. 1 Successful candidate must provide their top three player choices. This prize is non-transferable to other events. 9

11 MINI MINOR HOCKEY Watch your child s hockey team play in front of the crowd at Rogers Arena during intermission. Your child must be a registered BC minor hockey player in initiation/novice level. 1 Game date will be confirmed at the start of the season. MINOR HOCKEY WEEKEND Watch your child s hockey team play a full threeperiod game on the home ice of the Vancouver Canucks in front of their family and friends. Your child must be a registered BC minor hockey player in initiation/novice up to bantam level. 1 Date will be confirmed at the start of the season. EVERY KID S DREAM Watch a young family member lead the Canucks onto the ice and stand alongside the team during the national anthem. The skater must be a registered BC minor hockey player with strong skating ability in atom level (minimum one year played), up to 14 years of age. 1 Game date will be confirmed at the start of the season. 10
