1 Tour Rodeo Requirements 1. ONE ROUND TOUR RODEO: INFR MAJOR EVENTS - Minimum $2000 per event including header and heeler per side. INFR SR/JR EVENTS Minimum $500 per event including header and heeler per side. 2. OPTION FOR LONG AND SHORT ROUND TOUR OR ONE-ROUND TOUR: INFR MAJOR EVENTS- Minimum $3000+ per event including header and heeler per side. Please select your rodeo format: One Round Only; Long/Short/Ave INFR SR/JR EVENTS Minimum $1000 per event including header and heeler per side. Please select your rodeo format: One Round Only; Long/Short/Ave Stock Contractor must be INFR Card Holders. Tour Application Fee Non- refundable Tour Application Fee $500 by March 15 th, $1000 by June 1 st, after June 1 st the fee will be $1500. The region, hosting committee and INFR will split the 6% sanctioning fee from the contestants equally with each getting 2%. Host Region will be held accountable for making sure the Tour Rodeo Committee follows all rules and regulations of the INFR. The 6% sanctioning fee will be held by the INFR office until the final evaluation of the rodeo is turned in by the Judges. The INFR will then forward the money to the region and committee. If any fines are assessed they will be taken out of the fee prior to forwarding. Tour Rodeo Committee must have at the least 5 people that will be working the rodeo whether volunteer or paid listed on the application. If the committee fails to hire enough people to work the rodeo the INFR will assign workers to work the rodeo and they will be paid out of the committee s 2.0 %. Rodeo Committee cannot change the order of events or the times of the rodeo once it is advertised. The Judges have the final call. Once rodeo is advertised it cannot be changed i.e., purse amount reduced, cancelled, dates and times otherwise it will be subjected to a fine of $1000. Ground split (ground money) will be split 50/50 between the INFR Crisis Fund and qualified contestants. If paying out by check/voucher the processes needs to be approved by the INFR The Committee and Host Region agree to the following, and understand that a fine will be assessed to each violation if occurred. Arena must be ready for rodeo (ground conditions, chute safety, etc.) One go rodeos it is recommended to have 7 in the barrel racing performances Uniform Cattle must be used at all tour rodeos. Number of timed event cattle at each of the region and tour rodeos will be enforced. For example, you need to have at least 1/3 of the total number in each timed event. With 1/3 in all timed events with a minimum of 15 head. If the number of contestants is 15 or less than 1 animal is needed for each contestant plus 2 extras. If there is another rodeo going on at the same time as the tour rodeo the same cattle/stock cannot be used at the non-affiliated rodeo. A fine of $1000 will be accessed to the committee if this rule is not met. This will be verified by the Judges and Secretaries at all tour rodeos.

2 Nothing can be changed or altered once the entry lists are sent to the rodeo secretary. This will be enforced and if done region/committee will be fined. The committee must fill out the tour application in its entirety (no blanks). Any changes to the Application must be filed and approved by the INFR Commission not later than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Tour Rodeo. In the event a Committee changes any part of the Application within the 30 day period and without INFR approval, a fine of $1000 shall be imposed. The said fine shall be deducted from the Committee s 2% portion of the Sanctioning Fee. The Committee agrees that they will comply and follow all rules in this contract/application. signed by.
