All imported dairy goats 6 months of age or older must originate from a certified/accredited herd (with appropriate documentation), or have verifiable, documented negative testing results recorded on the OCVI. 3) The USDA Premise Identification # must appear on the health certificate premise ID may be obtained by calling the USDA office at (352) ) No individual identification is required for goats less than one month of age accompanied by the dam, but the animal must be listed on the OCVI with the mother (e.g., FL####### for the dam + 2 kids). 5) The show veterinarian has the final decision on whether animals satisfy all health requirements.
