All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller. If horse is registered and sold as registered and registration papers, transfer, or correct breeding report not presented to BLA office prior to sale, proceeds will be held until paperwork is recieved by BLA. Commission will be 6% of the selling price, or minimum $20, whichever is greater. Consignor has the privilege to no sale or pass out his horse, however no sale must be declared before leaving the ring. If the horse is passed out, the cost will be the catalog fee plus 3% of the last bid or the minimum in the non-catalog sessions plus any accumulated charges. The catalog fee is non-refundable. CONSIGNOR AGREES TO NOT PRIVATELY SELL OR WITHDRAW CONSIGNED HORSE TO SALE unles injured/sick with vet release. Notice: Videos are welcome and encouraged. They have participated in a few parades including pullilng Senator Enzi in the Sheridan WYO Parade. They are not only GENTLE and a set of lookers, they are also broke to ride! We have gathered cows on them, ridden them at brandings, pushed cattle roping at the house and even ridden them under an english saddle. They stand 15.3 and weigh They would wear a size 4 or 5 shoe. They are easy to catch, easy to harness and they LOVE people! 3
