If you re picking up race packets for your friends, either bring their race tickets or a signed permission slip (found at the end of this Goblin Guide) saying that you can pick up their packets. Your swag bag includes: Race T-Shirt Race Bib Vendor Goodies *Race medals are handed out at the finish line on Race Day. **Colors, sizes, and what s included may vary depending on inventory.

3 Race Day Schedule! 6:00 AM - First Half shuttle leaves Motor-Vu 6:45 AM - Last Half shuttle leaves Motor-Vu 7:00 AM - First 5K shuttle leaves Motor-Vu 7:30 AM - Last 5K shuttle leaves Motor-Vu 8:00 AM - Half marathon starts at Ogden High School 8:30 AM - 5K Starts at trail head Parker Drive Where: Utah Military Academy 5120 S W. Riverdale, UT Half marathon start: Ogden High School 5K start: 3600 S. and Parker Drive Riverdale, UT *Runners will be sent according to their projected pace. What to bring on race day! 4 Parking & Busing Parking Half Marathon and 5K parking is available at Motor-Vu Drive In. (5668 S W. Riverdale, UT 84405) Busing Half Marathon shuttle pick up will be on S 1050 W just outside the entrance to the drive in starting at 6 am. The last shuttle will leave the drive in at 6:45 am. Please show up early so we can get you to the start line on time! 5K shuttle pick up will be on S 1050 W just outside the entrance to the drive in starting at 7 am. The last shuttle will leave the drive in at 7:30 am. Please show up early so we can get you to the start line on time. THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AT THE 5K START LINE.

5 Ghostly Guidelines We have a few requests below that will help you have a great time and enjoy a safe event. Please review the rules with your friends before the event! Arrival: 5K - Please show up minutes before start time to ensure you can find parking and make your way to the start/finish area. Half marathon - Please arrive for the shuttle between 5:45 AM and 6:00 AM so your final bus can leave by 6:45 AM to get the race started on time. Bibs & Timing: Each participant will receive a bib with timing chip attached. You must wear your bib on the front of your body in order to receive an official chip time. Dress Up: We highly encourage wearing costumes, matching T -shirts, tutus, mohawks, wigs, etc. because it never hurts to spice things up a bit. Waves: Please line up to the start according to your projected paces. This will be on your honor so please let faster participants go first. Please be curteous and not run side by side unless there is room for people to pass.

6 Ghostly Guidelines Aid Stations: There will be six aid stations on the course. All aid stations will have water, an electrolyte beverage, and candy for trick or treating fun. There will be three port-a-potties on the course and will be located around aid station 1, aid station 2, and aid station 5. No alcohol is allowed at The Halloween Half and 5K. Animals are not allowed Walkers on the right, runners on the left. Follow directions provided by security, medical staff, race officials and volunteers. Kids MUST be accompanied by their parents at all times. Throw away your own trash; please do not litter! Strollers are allowed, but will start after all runners have started. Race Cancellation/Refunds: A kind reminder that there are no refunds under any circumstances for this event. The Halloween Half and 5K is typically a rain or shine event. Lightning, heavy rain or high winds are a couple examples of weather conditions that may result in cancellation or delay of the event. Please come prepared for weather. RACE DAY DISCLAIMER: If the race is cancelled due to weather conditions and/or an act of God or a participant is not able to participate the day of the event, we regret there will be NO REFUNDS.
