Running will be on grass and in possibly in woods. IT WILL BE MUDDY!! Walk the running course Post run change shoes before entering any buildings Please help by offering to lend your pistols to the newcomers espially Gamos etc. Please report to the shooting hall 10 minutes early (if possible) Please ensure pistol has enough air before arriving. Flat head pellets only Please do not leave guns unattended. Children must not carry guns (over 18 only), you are in a public place. Indoors after the shooting has finished, may start early so be ready. Swim:- Please be ready to swim 5 minutes before the stated times. If possible *** NB Swimmers are reminded to check whiteboard for distance swum before leaving pool area Intro swim warm up will be a quick dip of 2 minutes Intro swimmers MUST use buoyancy aids if the they can not swim a length unaided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOUYANCY AID, I DO NOT KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY ON SITE. NOT ARM BANDS Helpers:- Please see list of helpers. If anyone on the list is unable to help please contact me. Would other parents willing to help please make themselves known to phase stewards and we can rotate some of you. If you are helping and need a break please arrange for someone to cover your position. Some Junior girls have also been chosen to help with the Intro swim see list. Swim:- We will organise a briefing beforehand, and hopefully pair up newcomers with a more experienced person. Bring CLEAN trainers, sandals, crocs, bare feet etc to wear pool-side. Intro parents to stay back from poolside. Housekeeping:- Please keep dogs on leads and clean up all rubbish as it is important we leave the venue as we found them. Please tidy up any sitting areas before leaving!! Prize Giving:- Approximately 13:40 (earlier if possible)
