Concert admission is for runners only. 2. If you wish to have extra tickets for the concert and finish festival, please pick up extra tickets at the Concert Booth in the Expo Limit: 2 extra tickets per registered runner 3. The number of attendees (companions) is subject to the capacity limit of the venue. 4. If an athlete is caught using the tickets improperly he/she will be submitted to the authorities, and will lose the right to participate in the event. HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO Pick up your registration packet, race number with timing tag, packet / gear check bag, and official participant tech T-shirt at the Expo. Official race merchandise is available at the Souvenir Store and a variety of exhibitors will display and sell running apparel, footwear, and health & fitness products. EXPO RACE NUMBER PICKUP Follow these steps to pick up your packet at the Expo: 1. Print out your Confirmation Sheet at home Bring Confirmation Sheet & Photo I.D. to the Expo. 3. Complete the Medical Information on the back of your race number. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR OWN RACE PACKET AND BIB NUMBER AT THE EXPO PRIOR TO THE RACE. 2 BEER GARDEN The beer coupon on your race number will allow you to receive one free beer at any of the refreshment sale tents at the finish line festival. Only for runners 18yr+ PACE TEAM (21K only) We provide official pace leaders. Pace Teams are FREE and open to all participants. Visit the pacer booth at the Expo to join and receive your pace team bib! Pace Times offered: 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15 and 2:20 GETTING TO THE EXPO EXPO PARKING Hipodromo de las Americas parking lot access 1 and 2 are within walking distance of the Expo. There is no street parking. These two parking lots are the only parking structures nearby. Please refer to the START/FINISH VENUE MAP.* GETTING TO THE START LINE HIPODROMO DE LAS AMERICAS INFIELD GET DROPPED OFF OR PARK AT THE START Both the Start Line & the Finish Line are located at the Las Americas Complex. (Horse Race Track). Refer to START / FINISH VENUE MAP for six (6) recommended drop-off locations. TAKE THE SUBWAY (METRO) TO THE RACE It is possible to walk to the Start / Finish from sev eral Metro Stations. Standard Metro Fees Apply. The closest station is Cuatro Caminos Other Subway (Metro) stations close to Las Americas Complex: Panteones Line 2 Polanco Line 7 Auditorio Line 7 START LINE Visit the Start Line Village in the infield for all of your pre-race needs. You will find water, snacks, a medical tent, gear check and portable toilets. The Solutions table is located in the Hipodromo parking building, level 1. The information/rnr booth is located inside the infield. Plan to arrive AT LEAST one and a half hours before the race start time AND plan ahead for heavy traffic! START CORRALS (21K only) Your race number and corral will be assigned based on your expected finish time the faster your time, the closer your corral will be to the start line. Runners can enter the corrals at 6:05 pm. CORRAL CHANGES (21K only) If you believe you have been assigned the wrong corral, bring your race number to the Corral Change desk at the Expo. You MUST show proof of performance. There are no corral changes on race day. WAVE START (21K only) We will be utilizing wave starts. This will enable a comfortable starting position for runners of all paces. When the gun fires, the first corral will be released and the rest of the participants will be held at the start line. Every 1-2 minutes the next corral will be released. GEAR CHECK 4:00pm 10:30 pm The bag that you pick up at the Expo is also your gear check bag. Affix your gear check tag (on your race number) to your gear bag before you leave it at Gear Check. All runner bags will be dropped off and picked up according to participant s last name. Please retrieve all bags by

3 10:30 pm. DO NOT leave valuables, cash or jewelry in your bag. Please note: The organization is not responsible for lost bags or missing items. pack to stay on-pace (if so, the runner will be DQ). A strict time limit will be enforced as roads need to be re-opened to regular traffic. ON COURSE COURSE ENTERTAINMENT Bands on the Run: Local bands will be stationed along the course to keep your spirits high and your legs moving. Leave your music at home and get ready to rock! Refer to START / FINISH VENUE MAP for band locations on the course. COURSE SUPPORT There will be eight aid stations along the half marathon course and three on the 11K course. Gatorade and Epura water will be served at alternating stations beginning with the second station. Water is served in plastic bags. Gatorade: Lemon-Lime and Orange. Fuel 2 Go: At mile K of the 21K course PORTO POTTIES Portable toilets will be located at every aid station. MEDICAL There will be medical stations on course located at every aid station. Look for the ambulances if you need assistance. COURSE TIME LIMIT The official course time limits are: 21K 3:30 hours 11K 1:30 hours A tail vehicle will follow the last runner at the time limit pace. If at any time a participant drops behind the tail vehicle, he/she will be picked up by the tail vehicle and transported to the back of the LIVE RESULTS Your friends and family can follow your performance during the race day with Live Results. Visit the event website: mexico-city-live-results/ FINISH LINE FESTIVAL LAS AMERICAS COMPLEX INFIELD After you exit the secure zone, proceed to the finish line festival to celebrate your achievement, meet up with friends and family, have a beer and enjoy good music! PICK UP YOUR FINISHER TEE INSIDE THE FINISH FESTIVAL AREA. The finisher tee tent is located next to merchandise. FAMILY REUNION Placed on the grass will be six tall structures with a distinctive letter (A-D). Select a letter before the race and make this the meeting point with friends and family. AWARDS & RESULTS Age group awards will be presented in the half marathon and 11K. Awards are presented 3-deep in all age divisions for both male and female categories. Age group awards will be presented from a side stage during the final concert at 10:05 pm. You must pick up awards in person. Awards are not mailed.

4 Elite awards will be presented 3-deep for both male and female of the Half Marathon only at 8:20 pm. Prize money (Elite Only) 1st place: $25,000 MXP 2nd place: $15,000 MXP 3rd place: $10,000 MXP In accordance with FMAA Rules, ELITE awards will be determined by official time (gun start time to finish line) Age group awards will be determined by CHIP TIME. (Time begins when the runner crosses the start line until they cross the finish line). Official race results will be posted by 12 pm (PST) the day after race day, Monday, March 20 on Mexican Athletics Federation requires a hold of the prize money of 7% to Mexican athletes or 14% to foreign athletes. Only athletes who register in the Elite/Pro category on are eligible to receive prize money. Prize money will be paid during the next FOUR weeks after the event via wire transfer. Athletes will be ed in order to have their ID, IRS number, bank account and other information. DOWNLOADABLE FINISHER CERTIFICATES Your photos and FREE finisher certificate will be available online 48 hours after the race at Your finisher certificate will not be mailed. MARATHON FOTO Marathon Foto will photograph you multiple times before, during and after the race. Smile when you see the photographers in bright yellow vests.
