It is further understood and agreed that no cancellation of this order will be allowed after acceptance of delivery date sixty (60) days prior to start of production, except for failure to deliver within six months of projected delivery date and after written demand for delivery of said boat and equipment by purchaser. This six months shall not be prior to contracted date. In case of cancellation, any used boats, equipment or monies taken in as part payment of purchase price by Melges Performance Sailboats prior to the receipt of such notice or cancellation will be refunded less 50%. This order is not binding on Melges Performance Sailboats until accepted by management. When so accepted this order shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
