Any payments received against the original booking will be utilized against such revised new invoice HALF BOARD (HB) MEAL PACKAGE is in form of Meal Package Vouchers Scuba Adventures has a Restaurant, with Bar, available to its residents. The emphasis is on convenient, affordable, quality food. In order not to restrict, or limit client s food options, the meal packages will be in the form of vouchers. These can be utilized for any meals AND DRINKS in the restaurant, at any time, to the value of the voucher. Parents and kids vouchers can be combined under one account. This system offers much more flexibility, and does not restrict you to certain meals only, or specific times. Should the final restaurant account exceed the voucher amount, then any extra can be paid at the camp in cash, or by Credit Card. Vouchers cannot be used for the shop, dives, or any other services. The full value of the prepaid vouchers must be utilized over your stay. There are no credits for any unused portion, or balances. Clients selecting the catered package option can still make use of the self catering and braai facilities in the camp. Kids 4 and under can eat off parents vouchers. Family Buddy Special: To qualify for Family ½ Price Buddy Special, the whole family must take the Half Board Meal Package Half Price Dive Packages are optional. Any Additional Dive Packages if any family member dives, is also at Half Price. (DIVE PACKAGES CANNOT BE SHARED) Family Deal can be extended to more nights & more dives in validity periods only. Any SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS Standard Single supplements apply The "far" reefs - Pinnacles, Bass City,and Texas - incur a R pp surcharge payable in cash at Ponta Beach Access fee of R pp/pd for persons staying in resorts other than Scuba Adventures or Tandje Beach Resort. Mozambique diver tax R per dive package & Marine Reserve Tax of R per diver / per week (NOT PER DIVE) DIVE CREDITS: We Give FULL Dive Credits for unused dives, subject to the following conditions: Credits are issued for dives missed only as a result of Scuba Adventures not being able to LAUNCH as a result of: Bad Weather or unsafe Surf Conditions, or boat Malfunction. Credits are NOT given for dives missed due to late arrivals, or no shows. CONDITIONS: Credits are Valid for 6 months for Dives ONLY THROUGH SCUBA ADVENTURES. Valid only for the diver concerned not transferable to other divers. Valid upon presentation of the original DIVE CREDIT VOUCHER. Credits are not exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for other services. Only redeemable over normal weekends Friday to Sunday. Not valid over midweek, Long weekend, or Peak periods Dives must be booked in advance through Select Africa Safaris booking office. No credits will be allowed by divers arriving at the camp without booking. Credits redeemable subject to dive space availability when booking Credits cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other promotions / specials. Normal Mozambique Divers Taxes are applicable. Claiming your Dive Credit: 1. Get a Dive Credit Voucher from Scuba Adventures office in Ponta. 2. It must clearly state your name, reason for, & number of dives missed. 3. Contact Select Africa Safaris booking office with these details. They will issue you a formal DIVE CREDIT VOUCHER. 4. When wanting to utilise your credits make a booking through the booking office 5. Present original voucher & booking confirmation on arrival at Scuba Adventures Standard Terms & Conditions (where applicable) Valid only for new bookings as per validity periods above. Specials cannot be combined. A specific Special or Dive Buddy package must be taken. GROUP BOOKINGS TO QUALIFY FOR ANY DIVE BUDDY, SPECIALS, OR GROUP DISCOUNTS, ALL PERSONS WILL BE INVOICED ON 1 INVOICE, AND 1 PAYMENT RECEIVED ACCORDING TO PAYMENT CONDITIONS. People paying separately cannot be considered a group. 50% deposit of full invoice value must be received to confirm booking. Subject to availability. Balance and final list of all booking names must be received in full 7 days prior to arrival at the resort, for normal periods, or 30 days prior to any long weekends (High & Peak periods). Where specific final payment dates are given, full payment must be received by that date. All December & January bookings must be paid in full by 2 nd November.15 Should any payment for any Buddy Deal or any promotion not be made according to the terms and schedule of the specific special, then normal rates will apply to the entire booking. In the event of cancellation any deposits paid for any booking will be forfeited. Buddy Specials available only for Accommodation, Dive & / or Meal Packages pre booked, and pre paid thru our booking central reservations in Johannesburg (info@moz.travel) for Scuba Adventures Dive Charters & Ponta Beach Camps Please note Buddy Special Conditions must be strictly adhered to no exceptions. Should these conditions not be adhered to, then normal rates will be applicable. Accommodation, Meals & Dive rates as per Current Standard Rate Sheets. Single surcharges will apply (see below) Minimum Dive Package is 5 Dives this can be increased for additional nights and additional dives on the same applicable Buddy deal during the validity periods only. Dive packages cannot be shared under any circumstances Where a group of Divers has booked on the Dive Buddy Special, they must all dive together as a group. Divers missing out on any Dive will forfeit that dive. There are no credits for any unused services, except dives where the dive charter was unable to launch thru equipment malfunction or unsafe launch conditions. Meal Packages can be used for all restaurant bills includes both drinks & food. Meal Packages must be utilized in full over the specific period booked balances will not be refunded, or credited against any other account or services.

6 Kids are considered 5 years 11 years old, inclusive, and infants 1 year 4 years inclusive. Half Price, Dive Buddy or any Special rates are based on the same type of accommodation, irrespective of where the kids, or additional persons are finally accommodated. The maximum discount allowable on any Buddy Package is 50% of the principle full paying rate, irrespective if the extra bed or kid s rate is cheaper. Should there be uncertainty in any aspect of any package; the decision of the booking office will be final. There are no refunds whatsoever for any Half Price Buddy Packages or Specials The Fine Print: NB - Please note that Select Africa Safaris CC acts as a booking agent to all the above resorts. As such it is not responsible for any changes, which may occur without notice, to prices, periods, facilities, infrastructure, and any other conditions that the resorts may determine from time to time.
