Decision was made to TOOH and pick up tension packer and 2775' to ensure csg integrity. TOOH stand back 44 stands in derrick, lay down packer. TIH w/ 5 1/2" x 2 3/8" AS1 Packer (14# to 20#) on 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6 workstring set 2775' (88 jts). Load and pressure test down 2 7/8"" 8.70# tbg w/ fresh water to 8000#, monitor 15 minutes, 2nd test good from 2775' to toe CBP 17,910'. Bleed pressure off to OT tank, ND pump in line, release packer. TOOH stand back 3 stands (6 jts) leaving 82 jts in well, set 2587'. Load and pressure test down 2 7/8"" 8.70# tbg w/ fresh water to 8000#, monitor 15 minutes, 2nd test good from 2587'' to surface. Bleed pressure off to OT tank, ND pump in line, release packer. TOOH stand back 44 stands in derrick. Close blind rams on BOP, shut in flow cross & secure well. Test Results to 8000#: good test from 2587' to surface & from 2775' to 17,910'. (188' of bad csg) Activity Date: 1/6/2014 Days on Compl: 66 TD (TVD): 0' Hold safety meeting, discuss cold temperatures, pinch pts while wearing multiple pair's of gloves. Open csg to OT tanks, flowline blockage (ice), knock line loose, run 5K hoses and tie in to OT tank, open well & blow down to light returns. NU 10M stripping head. TIH w/ 11 stands 2 7/8" 8.70 P110 PH6 tbg, TOOH lay down 22 jts tbg to clear derick for swivel operations while running Mill BHA. PU & TIH w/ Mohawk Energy supplied Tappered Mill (Length ', OD "), Watermellon Mill (Length ', OD "), Pony Collar (Length ', OD "), Watermellon Mill (Length ', OD "), Drain Sub (Length ', OD ") Total length of BHA = 21.59' on 2 7/8" 8.70# P110 PH6 tbg, stacked out below tbg head, try rotating via pipe wrench, could not make any hole, TOOH, visually inspect mill's, found tight spot on watermellon mill, caliper showed ", measure length to tight spot, measure from top of stripping head marked to below tbg head, measurements indicate we are 2' below tbg head. TIH 2nd attempt, set down in same spot mark pipe, try rotating via power tongs, still could not work down. TOOH. Lay down String Mill BHA and 1 jt tbg. Called and discussed situation with Mr. Terry Brownlee, call was made to Mr. John Conley. Descion was made to run Caliper log, called Casedhole Solutions, they will be on 0600 in the morning to run 60 finger caliper log. Also have new string mill BHA being delivered w/ OD of 4.767" (drift of 5 1/2" 17# P-110 csg). Shut well in & secure. Release all services for day. Activity Date: 1/7/2014 Days on Compl: 67 TD (TVD): 0' MIRU Casedhole Solutions Wireline Services. Hold Safety Meeting. SICP - 10#. Hydraulic fitting broke on BOP accumulator, shut down waiting on parts. Repair accumulator, start & build pressure, Open Blind Rams. RIH w/ Casedhole 2 3/4" Electronic Imaging Tool & 60 arm Caliper tool (Total Length of BHA ', Largest OD "), stop & POOH w/ repeat pass from 2900' to 2000', correlate to Spinner Temp, Gamma Ray, CCL log ran on , continue RIH to 5000', POOH 30'/m to surface. Log to be sent via to Mr. Conley, Mr. Luecker & Mr. Brownlee for analysis. Note: Caliper log did not show any tight spots below tbg head, reason unknown why Mill BHA would not pass. RDMO Casedhole Solutions. NU 10M stripping head. Prep Well to Run String Mills in the a.m.. Secure well & SDFN. Activity Date: 1/8/2014 Days on Compl: 68 TD (TVD): 0' Hold Safety Meeting. Discuss task, high winds wile picking up swivel. Crossover's for new Mill BHA arrived on location & were wrong, sent back for correct crossover's. SICP - 15#. Open csg to OT tank and blow down to minimal flow. PU & TIH Mohawk Energy spiral tapered mill & 1 jt 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6, TIH set down in top of csg head (Suspect top of csg ID burred or egged), not enough weight to work and dress up top of 5 1/2" 17# P-110 csg, lay down 1 jt tbg. Rig up Lynx's Power Swivel. PU & TIH Mohawk Energy spiral tapered mill, 10' x 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6 pony sub & 1 jt 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6 tbg, rotate mill via 10 revolutions/m to dress up top of 5 1/2" csg, worked 5 minutes, pick up shut swivel down, TOOH, inspect mill, no marks on mill body, marks were on drag blocks, TIH without rotating through top of csg to 30', TOOH got tight, turn swivel on & rotate out. Lay down mill & tbg. Rack Swivel back. Waiting on correct crossovers for new Mill BHA. PU & TIH w/ Tappered Mill (Length ', OD "), Watermellon Mill (Length ', OD "), Pony Collar (Length ', OD "), Watermellon Mill (Length ', OD "), Drain Sub (Length ', OD ") Total length of BHA = 21.59' on 2 7/8"" 8.70# P110 PH6 tbg to 2100' (66 jts) Set slips, lay down Power Tongs. Rig up Lynx's Power Swivel. PU & continue TIH w/ String Mill BHA from 2100' to 2882' (91 jts) rotating & recipocating each joint to clean up csg. MIRU Universal Pumping Services. Pressure test pump lines to 4500#, good test. Bleed pressure to 0#. Open Plug Valve. Break circulation down 2 7/8" tbg, pump 5 1 bpm, shut down, drop ball for drain sub (1.25" ball), pump & seat ball, pressure up to 3000# & flex 2 7/8" workstring 10 times. Pressure up on drain sub & shift sleeve open, circulate 5 bbls to OT tank. Start acid pump 15 bbls 15% 1 bpm down tbg, flush using 15 bbls fresh water. Shut pumps down. Realign manifold valves, Pump 60 bbls & reverse circulate acid 2 bpm using fresh water. Shut pumps down. (Note: Circulating pump pressure 100#, ISIP 10#. RDMO Universal Pumping Services. Rig up 4.25" Liner csg handling tools (slips, bowl & elevators) PU setting Tool, csg lock & spacer jt (all 1 piece), PU lower seal jt and make up r2m connection (1200 ft/lbs), continue TIH w/ jts 4.25" liner (Total Liner/Patch = 48 jts ' expanded length), PU upper seal jt and make up, PU and make up Exit jt and make up, put on safety clamp, set in slips. Change out handling tools to TIH w/ 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6 tbg, make up latching BHA. Hold Safety Meeting & discuss expansion of liner/csg patch. RU Mohawk split table over liner stump. TIH w/ 91 jts 2 7/8" 8.70# P-110 PH6 tbg w/ liner latch BHA to 2882' tbg tally, latch liner, confirm tally. NU TIW valve and 10K x 1" kelly hose, Pressure test pump lines to 6000#. Bleed pressure off. Tie back drill line on 6 lines. Break circulatin & pump 5 bbls, good circulation to OT tank, start & finsh expanding bottom seal jt by hydraulic fluid stroke, good, continue expanding liner by pulling 60,000# over string wt, experienced tight 2500', RU kelly hose back up & hydraulic fluid stroke and pull through tight spot, RD kelly, continue expanding liner via pullng 60,000# over via rig, stop below top seal, RU kelly & hydraulic fluid stroke top seal, RD kelly, pull out of top 60,000# over string wt. Change out elevators, tie back on fast line & TOOH lay down remainder of 2 7/8"" workstring. (Note: Top Liner +/- 1855', Bottom Liner 2870') Shut blind rams on BOP's, Pressure test 5 1/2" 17# P-110 csg & liner to 8030#, hold 15 minutes, good test. Bleed pressure off to OT tank. Release all services. SDFN. Activity Date: 1/10/2014 Days on Compl: 70 TD (TVD): 0' Lynxs arrived on location. RU Lynxs pump lines, pressure test 5 1/2"" 17# P-110 csg & csg patch to 8000#, hold & monitor 15 minutes, no leak off. Bleed pressure off to 0#. RDMO Lynxs & CC Forbes.
