From the agencies registered in Govt. departments in the relevant category of work and who have carried out similar works from the reputed water cooler purifier manufacturers or then authorized dealers as per the requirements and details enclosed. The copy of the proof for having carried out similar works in the last three financial years should be enclosed with the tender. Interested supplier should Submit their duly filled quotation in all respect only on their Companys letter head in the given specified format from within 7 days i.e. on or before during office hours i.e am to 5.00 pm (Mon. to sat.) Sealed tender should be submitted in two separate envelopes i.e. 1)Technical bid 2) Commercial bid & same should be mentioned on the respective envelope. Technical bid will be opened on in presence of Bidders & Technically eligible Bidders will be called during opening of commercial bid. CONDITIONS :- ( To be accepted & submitted on letter head Separately) 1. The rates shall be include cost of installation, labour, material etc. for the works complete in all respects. 2. The quoted rates shall be include all taxes, duties, VAT, Octroi, transport GST & etc. as applicable and no extra chargers shall be payable on this amount. 3. TDS as per rule shall be deducted. The agency must enclose copy of PAN No. supported by copy of PAN Card of the company. 4. Rates and amount should be written in figure and words clearly of each item. 5. Income tax returns of last three years. 6. Experience Certificate mentioning satisfactory completion of work. 7. Documentary proof of satisfying above conditions and PAN Card. 8. Tender (rate) validity for next three month from date of opening 9. Certificate of satisfactory completion of work minimum 3 certificates equal to tender work. 10. Payment after installation & receipt of report from banks engineer of satisfactory working of new water cooler and U.V. water purifier machines form Branch Beed. 11. Earnest money deposit (EMD) Rs. 5000/- D.D. infavor of the Maharashtra State Co-op Bank Ltd., Mumbai. 12. Tender form fees shall be Rs.250/- (Nonrefundable) in cash at R.O. Aurangabad 5.
