2 1. Imprtant safety Instructins CAUTION: Befre yu begin any f the Installatin prcedures (5. Installatin.), read and fllw the warnings and safety instructins n this page. WARNING! THIS IS NOT A TOY! WARNING! CHILDREN SHOULD NOT OPERATE LIFT! Use the fllwing safety guidelines t help prtect yur lift frm ptential damage and t ensure yur wn persnal safety. Read all the installatin instructins befre testing r installing yur lift. Read and fllw all safety instructins. Keep cntrl switch ut f reach f children. T prevent bdily injury keep hands and clthing away frm the lift while the lift is in peratin. Befre installing the lift r wrking with its cnnectins, unplug the lift frm the electricity main supply. D nt install the lift r pwer supply in places subject t high temperatures fr example near a radiatr, r heating vent. The TV lift must nly be munted in a dry area and it must be ensured befre use that the lift is safe r prtected frm liquid cntact r spillage. T avid damaging the pwer supply and pwer crd, d nt put anything n it r place it where it culd becme damaged. Unplug the lift in the fllwing cnditins: When the pwer crd r plug is damaged r frayed. If the lift r pwer supply has been expsed t rain r water r any liquid cntaminatin whatsever. If the lift exhibits a distinct change in perfrmance, indicating a need fr attentin. Venset lifts are sld as a cmpnent t cmbine with ther prducts, eg. With a flat screen televisin n it s wn r cmbined with a cabinet, bth examples wuld be cmmn usage. It is the respnsibility f the installer f the lift t decide if the lift is suitable fr their purpse and fr any safety aspects cncerning their verall prduct and installatin. 2

Installatin 1) Remve all cntents frm packaging and cmpare with parts list. 2) Place the lift unit (#1) nt yur straight munting surface e.g. the back panel f the cabinet* in a lcatin that will allw full up and dwn mvement f the lift. 3) Cnnect the plug frm lift unit (#1) t the TV lift utput prt f the cntrl bx (#4), rcker switch (#2) t the Input prt and the pwer supply (#5) t the DC Input prt f the cntrl bx (#4) like shwn belw. 4) T munt the lift nt yur wn bard r flat wall with nrmal screws, first screw thrugh the 2 lwer brackets using suitable screws. Place a rubber washer ( #3 ) between each bracket and the munting surface. Then run the lift t its tp psitin using the rcker switch. Then repeat the screw fixing fr the 2 upper brackets. 5) If using the M5 threaded hle fr munting then screw int this frm the back side f yur munting bard with suitable length Allen screws, when using these hles yu will nt need t raise the lift t secure t the upper brackets. Place a rubber washer ( #3 ) between each bracket and the munting surface. Optinal RF r IR transmitter (See fr mre infrmatin) 6) Munt rcker switch (#2) in an easy lcatin by cutting a ø30 hle and pressing the switch int place. Secure excess wire t keep away frm mving parts. 7) Plug the pwer crd ( #6 ) int main electrics and perate manual rcker switch. If the ptinal RF r IR transmitter has been purchased, the cntrl bx needs t be linked t the transmitter befre use. See trubleshting guide n click supprt. Helpful hint: Munt TV lift and electrnics t a plywd panel and attach t inside back f cabinet using apprpriate number f screws. This allws all cmpnents t be remved frm the cabinet if necessary. If this is nt pssible, create an access panel t the electrnics. * Aim t create easy access fr wear and tear replacement strke service. 6

7 MB600 VESA munt adapter kit (ptinal) The ptinal MB600 VESA munt adapter kit can be munted in tw different munting directins t fit either VESA 100x100 r VESA 200x200 and 200x100 standard. VESA 100x100 VESA 200x100 and VESA 200x200 7

8 6. Adjusting the strke length f the lift Adjust these 2 end stp sliders dwnwards t increase the height f the lifts lwest psitin. 2,5mm Allen key required. Make sure t tighten the screws prperly. Adjust these 2 end stp sliders upwards t decrease the maximum height f the lifts upper psitin. 2,5mm Allen key required. Make sure t tighten the screws prperly. 8

9 7. Operatin mdes Depending n the munting directin f the TS600B the matching peratin mde must be selected by setting fur jumpers (M/L, Off, Rev, Aux) inside the cntrl bx. The jumper: M/L switches between Mmentary r Latching behavir fr bth the rcker switch and RF/IR remte. When Mmentary mde is chsen the TS600B nly perates as lng as the rcker switch r a buttn f the RF remte is held dwn. In latching mde, nly a single push is required t start r stp peratin f the TS600B. 11 8. RF/IR remte learning If the cntrl bx des nt respnd when pushing the emitter buttns, they need t be paired. Push the Learner buttn n the cntrl bx fr less than 1 sec. The red LED will turn n Push ne f the RF/IR emitter buttns The red LED will start flashing When the red LED stps flashing, the units nw are cded tgether with a unique cde T abrt a learning peratin push the Learner buttn nce mre. The red LED will turn ff and the cntrl bx is back int nrmal peratin mde. 9.
