Specifications Quy Raised by 30 M/s. Resmed Installation Base :- Should have at least 20 installations of quoted model in use for last one year in Maharashtra state. We request to undstand when turnov is kept 100% of estimated cost of the tend as a prequalification crition, then, why not, on similar grounds; Expience of executing atleast a single standalone contract if not 100% as the Turnov clause, atleast with 50-75% of the tended quantity for similar equipment in past three years which will give a much bett evaluation and picture if the company is capable of executing the tend. Kindly opine. Should have at least 50 installations of quoted model in use for last one year in India
Specifications Quy Raised by 32 And as the tended quantity is considably high, we feel that more emphasis also to be given to aft sale svice support, which we believe is your concn too. You will also agree that firms having good expience (and NOT firms with financial stability as p turnov critia) in handling the product tended for, will be in bett position to provide prompt support with solution, in case(s) of breakdown & especially when it is LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT like VENTILATORS.
Specifications Quy Raised by 33 In fact, we humbly request to know how & about the guideline(s)/circular(s)/ govnment rule(s) if any, by the virtue which, this prequalification crition of turnov has been incorporated. As this is not a part of the DMER tend as well E-193 Ventilator We suggest as manufacturs are also integral part of this contract, then why not, their turnov be consided. Please advise. we suggest that the delivy piod be extended up to 90 days from the date of receipt of supply ord, especially for imported equipment, same as is for the DMER tend tms.
Specifications Quy Raised by 36 As p present economic conditions inflation, increase in customs duty, labor costs etc., AMC be revised to 2% in Mumbai & 3% in oth area. CMC be revised to 10%, plus taxes as applicable of the orded value of the equipment. Especially since these rates have been stagnant ov more than a decade. This will assist in bett aft sales svice support. Please opine.
Specifications Quy Raised by 37 Also as the us und this contract are across Maharashtra state whe diffent entry taxes /Octroi/LBT or if any as may be applicable at the time of supply. In this case we request to undstand wheth appropriate exemption ctificates from DHS will be provided, as done in past. As rates quoted will be exclusive of these. Please confirm.
Specifications Quy Raised by 38 Also we look forward to undstand that how the price evaluation of bidds billing from diffent states across India is done. And the critia to split the ord if second lowest bidd is billing from Maharashtra & ready to match the basic value of L1 who is billing from outside Maharashtra. This being a important factor as oth states give an advantage in tabulation to local companies and billing from the state and the lowest bidd is allotted the tend. Please help us to undstand. E- E-193 The Revised Schedule of E- 193 is as follows:- Piod of Sale of Bid & Bid Closing of Bid Preparation Date of Bid Submission Bid Opening Hrs from 17:01 Hrs to to to to up to Hrs Hrs Hrs , 14:00 Hrs 17:30 Hrs Jt.
