We founded XION Protective Gear (PG) to replace existing rigid and bulky impact protection gear with a low profile and flexible solution. After years of prototyping, testing and improvement - with enormous support from fellow stunt professionals, police departments and athletes - we feel extremely confident and proud to have designed the next-generation of protective base layers. Our aim is to let users enjoy their sport, work or leisure carefree, by minimising the risks of serious injuries. 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Doing what you love is important, but being able to continue doing it for a very long time is perhaps more crucial. To stay in business, stunt professionals need to assert their self-preservation instincts and remove as much of the risks involved as possible. Ultimately, you have to get ready to get up and do it day after day. We may not be scientists, but we sure know about protection. With over a decade of experience in the stunt industry, we at XION PG know what is necessary to produce supreme low-profile body impact protection without compromising on any freedom of movement. 4

5 The XION product line 2018/2019 uses a combination of the Shock+, XT and ST materials to ensure a versatile use in a variety of applications, including a range of extreme temperature environments. STRATEGICAL PLACEMENT Because of the behaviour of it s molecular structure, the D3O impact reductive pads perform best when worn directly to the body. The areas of the body that are protected by our garments are the parts liable to suffer the most damage when exposed to impact. The main focus is on the rigid/bony parts of the body due to their lack of a soft barrier, such as muscles or fat, to reduce the impact. 7 8

At XION, we ve been spending lots of time developing the right motorcyclist garments. For the British motorcycle brand Triumph, we designed a unique co-branded protective base layer to be launched this year. We also won a European Tender for the Madrid Metropolitan Police, which gave us further insights in motorcyclists needs. Now, we re launching our very own XION Motor range for commuters.
