We are dedicated to engaging, empowering and educating the women s skiing community by sharing experiences and celebrating our passion for the sport. THE PROCESS: 39 Committed Women 8 Global Focus Groups 2 Athlete Summits 1 All Women s Ski Camp Over the course of the last 3 years we have brought together 39 women from all over the world for intense discussions on women s products and how to engage women in the sport of skiing. We gathered our athletes specifcally to test and validate product and to create relevant messaging. We also held our first all women s ski camp. This is all done to understand what product needs are and how we should speak to women to educate, empower and inspire them to engage and share our passion for skiing.
