2 HERITAGE DAYS 2017 Welcome to our 25 th annual Schreiber Heritage Days Celebration featuring a fun filled week of events with something for everyone to enjoy. Mayor s Message I would like to take this opportunity as Mayor to welcome everyone to our 25th annual Schreiber Heritage Days Festival and our first ever Schreiber Spud Fest. Schreiber has many years of tradition. Combining our classic great events, while adding new unique ideas will go a long way towards the continued growth and prosperity of our community. Thank you to those who travelled from afar to celebrate this week with us. I look forward to seeing everyone enjoy themselves in our town throughout the week. 12 SPUD FEST DAY 2 10:00 AM Event: Spud 5K Mountain Climb Run Starting Location: The Big Tent Downtown Schreiber Registration Fee: $10.00 for competitors; $2.00 for general participants Registration Time: 9:00 am 9:45 am Enter the Competition Race or Participate For Fun in Our First Ever Spud 5K Mountain Climb Run that will see participants challenge themselves as they conquer the Schreiber Beach Road! 12:00 PM 4:00 PM Event: Spud s Flea Market Location: Around Town and At the Big Tent Downtown! Pick Up Your Garage Sale Map and look for the red balloons around town to find the best deals and/or head to the big tent downtown to Spud s Flea Market where locals who have smaller amounts of sale items will be encouraged to set up tables for their goodies! The CWL Pie Wagon will be participating in Spud s Flea Market! 1:00 PM 4:30 PM Event: Spud s Poker Walk Location: Downtown Schreiber Collect your cards while you are out and about at local businesses! All ages are welcome! Winner announced at 4:30 under the big tent! Winner will win 75% of registration pot!

Location: Downtown Schreiber Cost to Register: $10.00 Registration: Pre-register at the Schreiber Municipal Office Brush off your recipe books and bring your A-Game to our first ever Potato Salad Cook Off Competition! Participants will be required to bring 1-2 gallons of their pre-ready potato salad to the Big Tent downtown. Township will provide table space, chairs, labels, food cups and spoons for sample handouts, etc. Competition for Judges Vote and People s Choice! Winners for each category will each receive 40% of the registration pot and infamous "Best Potato Salad" Title in Schreiber! 12:00 PM 2:00 AM Event: Beer Gardens Location: The Big Tent Downtown! 7:00 PM 2:00 AM Event: Outdoor Rock Concert Location: Downtown Schreiber Cover Charge: $2.00 Featuring: PLAN B the Band!
