The Village of Fox Lake Parks and Recreation Division strives to produce top-rated events for a variety of ages, demographics, and interests. Village of Fox Lake events provide you and your business the opportunity to sponsor several differently designed events that attract local, regional, and national guests from Lake County, the State of Illinois and Wisconsin, and across the United States. 3 SOCIAL MEDIA The Village of Fox Lake utilizes many forms of social media, electronic, and print for advertisement of Village events and programs. From Facebook to the Anchor Newsletter, your business name has the potential for exposure even before the event date. Please note, these numbers are constantly changing! SOCIAL MEDIA STATS

4 PUBLICATIONS The Village of Fox Lake utilizes many forms of electronic and print methods of marketing and communication. The Village s printed quarterly newsletter - The Anchor, is mailed to households within Fox Lake and surrounding communities. The Village s electronic e-newsletter the E-Anchor, is sent electronically on a weekly basis. The Village also sends press releases to area news organizations, with publishing success in a variety of publications. The opportunity for exposure, is substantial. 7 COMMUNITY PROGRAMS Concert by the Lake June 16, 2018 Lakefront Park - 71 Nippersink Blvd. 7:00-9:00 p.m. Sponsor an evening out for Fox Lake area residents and guests. Back by popular demand - the band 28 Days will be playing popular and timeless tunes. Guests can attend by land or by boat. Hot dogs and beverages will be for sale. Anticipated Attendance: Premier Sponsor Level: $4, Movie by the Lake July 15, 2018 Lakefront Park - 71 Nippersink Blvd. Dusk Sponsor the movie Jumanji and a family friendly evening out for Fox Lake area residents and guests. The movie will be viewed on a 20 foot screen visible by land and by boat. Hot dogs, popcorn, and beverages will be for sale. Anticipated Attendance: Premier Sponsor Level: $4,000.00

8 COMMUNITY PROGRAMS 21st Annual Cardboard Cup Regatta August 19, 2018 Lakefront Park - 71 Nippersink Blvd. 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Sponsor a Fox Lake tradition. The Cardboard Cup Regatta is a favorite as participants try their best to set sail on a vessel of their creation made of cardboard. Anticipated Attendance: Premier Sponsor Level: $2, Murder Mystery Dinner October 26, 2018 Maravela s Banquet Hall - 4 Washington Ave. 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Sponsor a night out for adults. For over fifteen years, the Annual Florence Fischer Turkey Dinner offers participants to celebrate the season of giving in honor of a Fox Lake volunteer. Fox Lake Parks and Recreation Venues (Lakefront Park, Community Center, Village Hall and Veterans Park) are host to a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly community programs. Sponsor general community programs that take place throughout the year such as Yoga, Senior Cardio Drumming, Kids Sports, and more. 13 PARKS PARTNER As a Parks Partner, you donate to the general Parks and Recreation Division program budget to fund community programs, and special events. Parks Partners fund community programs such as senior cardio drumming, children s sports, and other important Parks and Recreation Division expenditures such as playground equipment replacement, park expansion and more. Parks Partners are recognized throughout the year with their name or business name displayed at Lakefront Park on a Parks Partner Sponsor banner. Additionally, Parks Partners receive annual recognition in the Winter Newsletter - The Anchor, the Village E-Newsletter - The E-Anchor, Village social media pages, and the Village website.
