2 Contents DID YOU KNOW? REGISTRATION If the class is full (programs fill up fast!), you can have the choice of being put on a waiting list or choosing a different program. Course Fees and Admission tickets are non-refundable unless cancelling the semester due to a health issues or unforeseen personal circumstance. Caregivers must pay separate admission fees if attending with clients. RECEIPTS A receipt will be issued with cash payments upon request at the ILRCC office and credit card transactions. Receipts will be ed or printed for pick up upon request as well. ANNUAL NON VOTING MEMBERSHIP FEE All registrations include a $10.00 annual non voting membership fee. RESPONSIBILITIES If a client requires assistance before, during and / or after a ILRCC Program, please ensure appropriate support staff is present to assist. ILRCC is not liable for personal injuries and/ or lost, stolen or damaged personal property. Participation in ILRCC programs is at the attendees own risk. Client transportation, pick up/drop off at all programs is the responsibility of the caregivers and/or family members to arrange in advance. Donation Request ILRCC s needs assistance to run programs. Please visit our website ATB matches donation or use Paypall to allow us to continue to run programs. You can also visit our office to make a Donation. Thank You!
