1 Activities at Finlay Park We have a huge range of activities for 8 to 88 year olds, from the mundane to the adrenaline rush you need. Finlay Park activities are available to the groups who are booked into Finlay Park and the Village. Depending on date and time they can be available to groups not booked in at Finlay Park in certain circumstances. All activities need to be booked well in advance. When you book your camp at Finlay Park we can help you create a program that suits your group's needs. We will also provide you with all the health and safety information you might need, templates (parent helper sign up, Transport SOP s, participant disclosure and sign up, duty rosters, etc.). Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to come and enjoy this amazing place. A unique experience where you can admire creation at its best. We take 35 people max, and we leave 30 minutes after sunset. 2 Hydro slide A steep and fast flowing slide into the lake. A must do for every camp, and a great spectator event. Slide, water Togs, or wet suits in the colder months Kayaking ( instructed) Learn the kayak basics, some great games and have a fun time on the lake with your group. This is ideal for schools and the session can be altered to your group's personal needs Qualified instructor, kayaks, paddles, life jackets Togs, wet suit if cold, rain coat or other form of wind breaker Paddle boarding (instructed) Extremely popular new activity. Great for teaching water confidence, balance and just having a great time on the water with your group. Dependant on season Paddle boards, buoyancy vest, paddles Togs, wet suit if cold, rain coat or other form of wind breaker Pool inflatable Balance and a steady foot is key, whilst you walk over our 20 meter inflatable log. 3 Rafting Great team building activity, where teams of 5 work together constructing a raft that will carry them across the lake back to camp. Instructor, Raft building gears, safety boat, kayaks, lifejackets and paddles for supervisors Togs, or in colder months wetsuits Spa pool Want to relax after an eventful day of outdoor activities? Our Spa seats up to 40 people and is indoors Pool Togs Swimming Pool 25 X 10 meter outdoor pool Pool Togs The Blob For the adrenaline seeker and the spectator who likes a good laugh. 4 The Rocket Enjoyed by all ages an activity that requires a minimal amount of skill and is so much fun. 8 people seated on an inflatable rocket are towed behind a ski boat across the lake. Qualified driver, instructor, life jackets, helmets, boat, and rocket. Togs, wetsuits if cold Land based activities Description Gear provided Gear to bring links Adventure trail A short bush walk following a small stream leading into a glow worm gorge (glow worms only visible at night). 5 Flying Fox Flying/ height experience adrenaline rush that any young person would love Flying fox, helmets, harness n/a Go Karts Test your drive skills around our purpose built concrete track. Get dropped off by boat on an island where your fellow campers you engage in a hunter/ prey cat and mouse game.
