2 ABOUT US 2018 REVOLT SUMMER SURF SERIES PIER II PIER - PRO AM 12.0 (RSSS) The RSSS allows surfers to gain contest experience or advance their skills in a fair, safe and professional competition arena. For 12 years, RVLT Surf has been dedicated to the establishment and development of this unique, 5 part surf series. The RSSS is the only independent surf series in San Diego County providing a fair & balanced platform for both male and female surfers (professional and amateur) to perform in their sport and be recognized for their achievements. Now one of the largest surf series in southern California, the RSSS is widely supported by surfers and media from around the globe. We offer a variety of custom sponsorship options that will give you 8-months of continued exposure, aligning your brand with the (highly sought after) beach and surfing communities. Our events run along the busiest beach and boardwalk locations overflowing with locals & tourists from around the world. In 2018 we expect to attract over 100,000 people in and around our events. While we certainly need the support from larger corporate sponsors, we know how tough it can be for the local mom & pop shops. It's important to us to include our neigborhood surf shops, local shapers & local manufacturers at all of our events. We offer a LOCALS ONLY sponsorship category. The package includes branding & positioning at all our events for smaller San Diego based companies only. We offer: 10 x 10 easy up tent & banner space for onsite activations. Coleman, Swell Hearts & others. Past seasons have seen The Surfrider Foundation, San Diego Coastkeepers, Ocean Force & others help us raise ocean, coastal and environmental awareness. Beach clean-ups and recycling programs at each event is not only smart, but sends a great message. We care! THE BATTLE AT BEACHFEST Our season finale combines a Pro Am Prime surf event with Open Ocean paddle racing. Top athletes battle for trophies, cash & prizes (including exotic surf trips) while San Diego county firefighters, lifeguards & medics challenge each other in their own exclusive division. All proceeds from the SD First Responder s Surf Challenge go to the SD Burn Institute. The Battle At Beachfest is run during and alongside Pacific Beachfest, a massive festival that attracts an estimated 70,000 people in and around the beach & boardwalk area. We use this opportunity to showcase our top athletes & sponsors - while raising much needed funding & awareness for important foundations and charities. All events are captured by professional photographers & videographers from land, air & water. Content is shared extensively on social media, websites and in print.
